To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人慶祝 70 大壽,除咗嘢食好少少之外,其他嘢真係接受唔到。首先入 V1 房後發現大電視用唔到,問一問侍應先知電視壞咗好耐,仲好意思話電視及喇叭只係裝飾。然後上菜時發現枱上轉盤太細,要企起身先掂到轉盤,追問先知原來大轉盤都係壞嘅,有老人家嘅唔使諗 V1 房。食飯期間侍應都冇話好主動執嘢,久唔久入一入嚟睇睇就算。食物還算可以,正常水準囉 ...頭盤六小碟 : 正常質素,但係偏濃味乾燒大明蝦:肉質彈牙,但係配甜酸汁有啲奇怪,好食嘅炸蟹鉗:Size比較大,啖啖肉,食到蟹肉鮮味紅燒海皇燴燕窩:其實就係紅燒翅,不過冇翅,轉咗做食唔到嘅燕窩,好食嘅蠔皇原隻鮑魚海參:莫名其妙有滷水味糟溜深海鱸魚:甜口,好奇怪,但係肉質嫩滑四合蔬:清淡長壽麵:乾燒伊麵粗炒版核桃露:好香核桃味,唔甜,老人家啱食蟠桃包:食得出蒸咗好耐,個面硬哂總結,唔 book 房嘅都食得過 continue reading

極度失望的一餐! 星期日與家人一起想食餐好的.其他菜式我都不多講了. 他們的招牌片皮鴨皮乾肉粗都算了, 上菜時居然是涼的.大失所望,  建議去其他北京樓分店都比這間好10萬倍!如果大家想試北京樓建議去歷山大廈或金鍾分店.沙田北京樓 = 垃圾! continue reading

費事煮,是但搵間易搵位嘅中菜同屋企人食飯。而家有片皮鴨優惠,真係非常經濟。半隻鴨,加一斤石斑,雖然係養魚,但係一斤左右斑加酒樓蒸魚豉油薑蔥,覺得夠交貨合格,北京樓片皮鴨都係有保證,雖然而家好多酒樓都做緊,始終佢哋呢間老牌酒樓都唔會馬虎,侍應全部都係大媽,不過殷勤招待,但永遠唔會識同你講廣東話。另外加咗個鴨湯雲吞,係成餐最好食嘅一個湯品,耐唔耐都會嚟幫襯,鍾意佢傳統格局,都坐得鬆動,埋單落樓,同屋村價錢套餐都唔爭好遠。抵食。 continue reading

小熊貓每次去親呢個地方都會俾佢嘅裝潢驚艷到,每次去到都一反我對傳統中式餐廳嘅感覺,好似食緊fine dining 一樣。今次值得一讚嘅就係🦐海皇脆皮腸粉,傳統嘅腸粉加上新穎嘅創意,用鬆脆嘅外皮包住經典嘅餡料,口感豐富,又脆又滑,令我重新定義左中式點心。傳統嘅點心亦都做得相當唔錯,非常之入味的🐓豉汁蒸鳳爪同埋🦐晶瑩剔透又甜彈牙嘅蝦餃皇,都令我食過返尋味。最後嘅🥬金華火腿扒津白到令我回味無窮,用咗鹹香味十足嘅金華火腿帶出蔬菜本身嘅甜味,最後嘅芡汁亦都令味菜生色不少。 continue reading
