To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來這間店飲茶，但保證不會再來。14：12手機落單，14：35仍沒有一碟點心送上來。期間差不多十分鐘內整個樓面完全找不到侍應查詢，只能乾等。唯一找著一個突然出現匆忙路過的侍應查問，她沒甚回應只在下單機前查了查再跟另一個職員問了問就完事，完全不打算走過來交代情況或致歉。我們追問下才說找了人追，最後我們決定不再等直接走人，才即時出聲叫住我們說在追單，態度極差，毫無歉意，性價比絕對是谷底級的酒樓！

好耐冇去過沙田飲茶，同埋去新城市廣場購物，所以揀了一個星期六和屋企人去沙田新城市廣場飲茶及購物。我哋找到一間北京樓飲茶，雖然都要排隊，但等位時間可接受和值得的，因為酒樓的點心食物質素十分好，我哋揀咗白布腸粉，香煎蓮藕餅，珍珠雞，擔擔麵，瑤柱蛋白炒飯，最後點了一個香濃的咖啡糕做甜品，簡簡單單的一餐茶，價錢公道，食飽後我哋就去新城市廣場買購物。

本地人聚会喝下午茶都会来这家！菜量很大很实惠 人均两三百就可以吃到扶墙出招牌烤鸭必吃！ 来了三次基本都是点四人套餐 真的很划算！甜品杨枝甘露和紫米露我也超爱 超级好喝！

對於北京樓的片皮鴨，我的用餐體驗令人失望。麼麼是冷的且口感硬，似乎是生的，即使店員更換了一份，仍然難以下嚥。另外，片皮鴨的肉散發出難聞的腥味，這讓整個用餐體驗更加令人失望。儘管餐廳的用餐環境舒適，服務態度也不錯，但食物的質量卻讓人感到失望。希望餐廳能夠重視食材的新鮮度和烹飪技巧，提升食物的水準，以提供更好的用餐體驗給顧客。本來諗住呢度食片皮鴨應該好出名，點知咁難食，唉

食物有失水準、兩杯果汁等咗半個鐘都算。一坐低之後，啊姐即刻擺抵一壺茶同一兜涼拌菜，乜都唔講，等你以為兜涼拌係免費提供。結果去到最後埋單見到兜涼拌原來係另外收費，問啊姐，啊姐就話一開始可以話唔要。都幾有趣，霸王硬上弓咁。
