中秋節去這間餐廳食飯,怎知服務很令人失望。菜式不是好食,中規中矩,但最大嘅問題係侍應幫你用iPad落單(顧客不能自己QR code落單),都可以落漏單(5個主菜有2個沒有來)。中間禮貌地問了侍應可否跟一跟,因為有些菜式久久都未上。侍應只是好敷衍嘅回答,因為係中秋節所以要等耐啲。大約過多20分鐘再詢問多一次,才發現有些菜式,根本沒有落單。作為顧客真係好無奈。好好的佳節,就咁樣俾佢破壞心情。之後應該都唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳

諗住睇戲之前, 兩個人過來食個晚餐。成日經過Peko Peko 都未入過嚟,於是試下。叫左佢地嘅套餐,諗住加少少錢換個好D嘅頭盤和主菜。本身嗌左個蟹肉牛油果,點知牛油果有異味同瘀黑。之後叫左咖哩雞,佢有一個yohurt青瓜拌菜, 但係個青瓜係苦嘅。另外加多98蚊叫左個羊扒,點知原本說好的七成熟變左十成熟。我想撐香港打唔喺咁樣撐。其實個廚房真係好唔掂,D食物唔新鮮之餘,味道真係麻麻。食完都背脊骨落。一定唔會再返轉頭。

提早喺OpenRice訂位,作為生日月份最後一餐慶祝餐,點知掃慶而回,最後無食到。一早訂位竟然安排坐門口,入面重要係大把位:有洞穴位有梳化位等等。同着黑衫疑似經理的職員說要坐洞穴位,說是5 6人位,兩位不可坐,但之前眼見有3位4位在坐。之後再同黑衫說要坐其他梳化位,說全部已有人訂位,問佢拿record 看,又話兩人只可坐二人位。我說其他四人枱也只有兩人坐,為什麼在冇客情況下我不能夠與其他人一樣坐得舒服啲。有一着米色衫職員見狀,即說可以坐沒問題。但我先生覺得他說話有骨,不是甘心樂意安排,最後掃興離開。好好一頓生日飯,本來想嘗試美食,最後只好去其他舖頭。在沒有預訂情況底下,還要等位。早知如此,直接book其他餐廳或者北上好過!Peko Peko簡直離譜!希望餐廳負責人及老闆,能正視員工服務態度問題,加強培訓。如果唔係,遲早執笠!
