這次已經是第3次來Peko Peko, 3次都去不同分店 😉 環境方面, 因為才剛剛過了聖誕, 室內仍然有聖誕裝飾, 滿有氣氛, 另外可以看到海景, 不過我坐在室內, 加上是晚上, 所以什麼也看不到 🙃 Premium set for 2 $788另外有1個set是$498, 明顯這個更吸引 😌 可以先來杯紅或者白酒, 還有杯coffee or tea 😊磨菇湯 & 洋蔥湯洋蔥湯太多洋蔥令湯看似洋蔥汁而不是洋蔥湯, 所以選磨菇湯比較穩陣 😄 磨菇湯蠻濃郁, 如果可以加多點磨菇粒就更加好。Stone fruit salad沙律非常澎湃, 裡面有大量不同款式的生果, 例如無花果, 蜜桃, 葡萄跟車厘子, 全部都非常新鮮 😃 有很多塊Parma Ham, 沙律加了醋再一起吃就可以減底Parma Ham的咸度。煙燻三文魚今次的煙燻感覺比之前更強烈, 我本身都十分喜歡吃煙燻食品, 所以它的強度對我帶點衝擊 🤗 三文魚煙燻完等於煙三文魚一樣 😚 朋友第一次吃, 跟我之前一樣覺得北非小米很特別。海膽三文魚籽竹炭烏冬烏冬非常掛汁, 同時很濃稠, 海膽的精華都盡在醬汁裡 😍 烏冬頂部堆砌了三文魚籽和海膽, 烏冬口感煙韌, 把配料醬汁和烏冬一起吃非常豐富!香煎牛柳鵝肝伴野菌汁雖然點了medium, 明顯牛柳煎得有點過火, 肉質不太嫩滑, 中間部位肉質相對好一點, 鵝肝同樣煮得過火, 口感過份結實 🫠 味道上沒有問題, 單純煮久了口感未如理想。龍蝦米多這次的芝士味道更豐厚, 鋪滿在龍蝦面, 同樣龍蝦肉跟骨一撕就分開, 非常方便! 👏🏻 龍蝦微微彈牙, 吃下去帶點鮮甜 😀朱古力心太軟一心期待的流心朱古力消失了, 是有點失望的 🥲 幸好它有濃厚朱古力味, 而且不太甜, 而且中間有輕微流心效果, 總算補救了。雖然今次食物方面有少少失手, 不過質素也不會有太大參差, 而且每次staff都面帶笑容, 用心的服務態度是值得一讚的。 continue reading

I hung out with my girls there and absolutely loved the braised beef cheeks & baked beef bone marrow with truffle mashed potatoes. The meat was incredibly tender and the truffle mashed potatoes was top-notch! We also enjoyed the peko platter and mushroom soup which were the perfect starters.
