Penna是太古城內較為新的西餐廳,前身為Mango Tree,應該都是屬於同一集團。今次是吃晚餐,星期五晚上場面依然冷清,數埋全場只得廿個客,應該都是今今時今日的香港實況。Menu選擇不算多,但懶得諗嘅情況下,決定食set dinner:$498四道菜我覺得價格十分合理。前菜:巴馬火腿伴蜜瓜湯:牛肝菌蘑菇濃湯偏鹹,有湯精味,飲完口渴。主菜:香蒜辣椒意大利麵配香煎帶子辣!愈食愈辣!辣到食唔出仲有咩味,可惜。甜品:朱古力慕絲配布朗尼及檸檬梨子雪芭意粉實在太辣,好彩有雪芭減減辣。Brownie 偏乾硬,但擺盤有誠意。Blooms coffee,中規中矩,無怪味算是飲得。此餐廳食物雖然不是太突出,慶幸服務殷勤有禮,添水換碟都十分勤快,在今天的香港服務業中算是比較出眾。

今日初三,比較多食肆營業。今日encore下這店。店內空間感十足,加上典雅深棕色的裝修,配上暗昏的燈光,氣氛十足,但餐牌的價格只係cafe 的價位。午餐兩道菜$168、三道菜$208。麵包熱乎乎,口感鬆化香軟,加上油醋汁,不錯。蕃茄湯蕃茄湯有蕃茄粒,口感香滑creamy, 帶蕃茄的天然酸香,加上忌廉的奶滑,質地沒有太稠厚,味道不錯。烤三文魚配白味噌忌廉汁烤三文魚烤到剛剛好,魚肉內部保持粉紅色,口感嫩滑,完全唔腥又無骨,加上白味噌忌廉汁,帶少少咸香和味噌的甜,加上烤脆薯,味道不錯。炭燒澳洲頂級西冷+$98Honey 的牛扒有少少令人失望,雖然賣相美,肉味濃,但肉質大部分帶筋,口感比較韌,能吃的只有一大半。Bloom coffee +$18咖啡味道幾香,咖啡味幾gentle, 感覺是蒸溜咖啡的味道,加上熱奶,是幾ok的。

餐廳將蛋糕放平上枱,一上枱就會見到蛋糕橫切面,非常特別☺️蛋糕上面有一層薄薄荔枝味jelly,中間最大面積係芝士蛋糕面最底層係朱古力蛋糕,三層一齊食會覺得酸酸甜甜,感覺清新☺️岩哂食完主菜有少少飽但都想食返件清新口味嘅甜品👍🏻🍮

呢間新開的義大利餐廳裝修都幾新穎、幾靚。經過見到午餐168,被吸引住行左入去。168包頭盤同主食,義大利餐黎講,真係超級抵。頭盤我地揀左兩個沙律,份量都幾足,味道也可以。主食佢地侍應推薦了燒雞,另外牛魔王的我選擇了牛扒(+$98)。燒雞出到黎賣相一般,但食落真係好味,雞肉嫩滑、皮脆,又有香料的味道,值得推薦。牛扒賣相就好吸引,食落還有炭燒的味道,物超所值。整體而言,呢間餐廳有機會的話我會再去,亦會推薦給朋友去。

呢間新開的義大利餐廳裝修都幾新穎、幾靚。經過見到午餐168,被吸引住行左入去。168包頭盤同主食,義大利餐黎講,真係超級抵。頭盤我地揀左兩個沙律,份量都幾足,味道也可以。主食佢地侍應推薦了燒雞,另外牛魔王的我選擇了牛扒(+$98)。燒雞出到黎賣相一般,但食落真係好味,雞肉嫩滑、皮脆,又有香料的味道,值得推薦。牛扒賣相就好吸引,食落還有炭燒的味道,物超所值。整體而言,呢間餐廳有機會的話我會再去,亦會推薦給朋友去。

今日和朋友到訪penna, 餐廳的裝修雅緻,感覺高雅現代,weekend 也有午餐供應。 午餐有兩道菜$168,三道菜$208,是西式午餐。磨茹湯的質地十分香滑幼細,又有濃厚的磨茹風味,熱呼呼的,正!烤雞Caesar salad 的沙律菜十分清爽新鮮,沒有太厚重的醬汁,烤雞柔軟,味道不錯。原烤春雞配白胡椒汁這道菜份量十足!烤春雞的皮又薄又甘香,雞肉嫩滑又juicy, 幾厚肉,雖然白胡椒汁的味道比較淡,但味道仍然不錯!燒美國極級西冷配黑椒汁這西冷是厚切,有八安士,濃濃的肉味,啖啖肉,質地有肉的質感,唔係好軟身,但唔韌,肉的纖維比較粗身,加上黑椒汁,幾惹味。藍莓芝士餅十分軟滑creamy, 藍莓味幾自然,旦糕酸酸甜甜的,味道不錯。Bloom coffee +$18這咖啡的味道幾好,咖啡味道溫和,唔會太酸太苦,加上忌廉奶,口感香滑。這一天的午餐不錯,十分滿足。
