今晚嘅飲品,分別我揀咗我嘅西瓜汁,朋友就叫左椰青,本身我仲擔心西瓜汁會唔會好甜,不過落單嘅時候餐廳都有細心咁樣同我講,佢哋呢一啲嘅果汁都係唔加色素及糖分落去嘅,完全係新鮮榨汁,所以我都特別放心

最後,我哋就叫咗一個蔬菜,佢係馬拉盞炒椰菜花,一上枱嘅時候,見到佢嘅賣相都幾有驚喜,因為佢呢度嘅椰菜花全部都係一粒粒,真係第一次見,但唔會因為咁樣,佢嘅份量已變得少

馬拉盞呢個醬汁完全滲透入每一粒嘅椰菜花入面,非常香味,椰菜花嘅特質就係大有口感,所以食既時候,口感同味道都非常豐富,大家都不妨試一試

夏天嘅午餐最鍾意都係食粉麵貪佢容易食又唔會太難消化粉面之中我最鍾意嘅就係越式湯河經過荃灣力生廣場樓下睇住個太陽咁熱好自然想快快脆脆食個湯河搞掂個午餐一坐低就叫左呢個【牛肉三寶河】有幾粒牛丸、牛筋腩、生牛肉片再配上一小杯配菜【芽菜、九層塔、辣椒】自由選擇加入佢個湯度其實感覺都幾清新 湯入邊嘅牛肉味濃郁加上河粉鎖住啲湯汁牛肉算係軟冧牛丸亦夠彈牙下次食午餐都可以再次選擇呢間!

今日同朋友係荃灣行街行南豐中心到夜左,諗住食下越南野,見到南豐對面有呢間越一,我就同我朋友過左黎食。坐底我地都係叫左越南特色食物,首先係小食併盤,當中有庶蝦,粉包,春卷同牛油雞翼,外皮夠脆,味道吾錯。第二樣我地叫既就係鹽燒烏頭,真係鋪到成條魚都係鹽。第三樣我都仲叫左個芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷,都足料,皮吾太厚。最後仲叫左刺個椰青,味道鮮甜。餐廳都有最基本既越南牛肉河,我見都算大碗,但味道我都就無試,因為試完咁多小食都夠飽啦,下次有機會再試。環境方面都十分舒適,枱同枱之間有一定距離,食物都上得快。主要都係位置方便,南豐望落黎就係。
