來到越一越南牛肉粉專門店 我當然係食生牛肉湯河粉,每一次食都好食,牛肉粉來到時好像熟了,但你一翻開就見到下面的牛肉是鮮紅的,上層的經熱湯淋熟了,因為牛肉是薄薄的。湯底很鮮的牛肉味,加上有些紫洋蔥圈及另上的肥芽菜,紅辣椒九層塔等,今個湯更香更好味。香茅豬扒湯河亦是不錯,薄薄的豬扒很香 好入味。今日我想讚的是椰汁三色冰,太好味了椰汁濃厚,開邊綠豆硬度啱啱好,吃了一碗粉 加上一杯冰,很滿足。

為了滿足自己,我跟同事點了兩款甜品。我是抹茶及朱古力控,所以就點了抹茶味及朱古力味芝士蛋糕,兩款都是我的至愛。朱古力味很濃,抹茶味是淡淡的,兩款味道甜甜的,是我喜歡的甜度。

這間餐廳整體味道很好,用心挑選食材,質素不錯。每款小菜份量都很足,價錢合理,值得推介。

雖然佢係越南牛肉粉專門店,但係我地冇叫到,叫咗小食拼盤,馬拉盞炒通菜,胡椒粉絲大蝦煲,青檸梳打同埋椰汁冰。

打頭陣嘅係馬拉盞炒通菜,通菜好碧綠,有少少肉碎同埋辣椒同蒜蓉加埋馬拉盞去炒。

雞翼同春卷我冇影到所以呢就冇相啦

春卷啲餡同埋粉嗰啲餡其實係一樣只不過做法唔同食但其實有啲相似,佢整到啲餡個質地好似隻蝦咁樣有啲彈牙爽口彈啲餡又同春卷一樣,所以可以話係兩者結合,但係佢啲粉果皮係剪過嘅所以好香脆。

而牛油雞翼呢個皮就有啲厚,加埋雞翼本身呢,如果成隻食就會變到好大份。雞翼啲味都唔會好咸,有少少香甜而又唔會好重,雖然係落咗牛油去整,但食落都唔會覺得膩,如果加埋嗰啲山菜一齊食就變得清新好多。


胡椒粉絲大蝦煲非常足料,仲有幾寸新鮮嘅護照鋪喺面,佢有五隻大蝦同埋好多嘅配料,包括蔥頭,芹菜,八角,蔥等等。

有少少辣之餘亦非常野味,大蝦都唔會煮到冇晒蝦味,粉絲索晒啲汁好好味,蝦又爽口彈牙。

青檸梳打都係咁大杯,青檸切到一粒粒好難篤。但係佢本身都有少少青檸汁係入面,所以粒青檸只係以為裝飾。


今次冇叫到越南牛河,但係都已經好豐富我見到好多人叫海南雞飯,我估佢啲海南雞飯都好好食,下次嚟嘅話會試吓海南雞飯同埋越南牛河。

見到舖頭 "越一越南牛肉粉專門店" 感覺好吸引,於是就入去幫襯 。越一生牛肉河 $45,味道是否正宗就不得而知 , 因為我始終都未去過越南,冇資格講正唔正宗 ; 但湯底味濃 , 有魚露味 , 亦有辣椒 , 故此也帶點微辛 , 鮮甜都有幾分清香 , 完全晤覺油膩 , 而且食不出有味精 ; 說是生牛河 , 但牛肉不夠生就是事實 , 有牛肉味 , 亦算是腍滑香嫩 , 牛肉跟湯頭的味道都很夾。食越南粉,當然要落埋一啲香草嚟食,鵝帝、金不換、芽菜、蔥花、青檸,真係少咁一樣,都會大失風味,所以食嘅時候一定要全部落曬,先是好味。
