前陣子返灣仔工作,做到夜麻麻,附近又無乜食市開檔,行下行下去到左蘭杜街,見PHO26 越.旺重未打烊,於是走左入去食宵夜。因為肚餓關係,嗱嗱臨叫左個香茅豬扒飯同個扎肉來食,亦有叫碟生菜食吓……健康飲食吖碼!香茅豬扒飯個飯同相片一樣,乾哽豉油撈飯……夜晚食呢個咁乾既飯真係唔多掂,一來飯太乾,二來個豉油無乜味。至於塊香茅豬扒,又整得唔錯,唔算太多油。扎肉方面,太多油了……一食落口就好似食了成口油咁,完完全全破壞晒扎肉既味道;反而配菜的芽菜真係無得頂,既爽口又彈牙。假如無左芽菜做陪襯伴碟,成碟扎肉就會扣分扣到接近零左右。也許……我唔係好識欣賞咁油既扎肉。其實,最後都無食到生牛河,一來飽過頭,二來係埋單後先見到果張教人食牛河既方法。有機會既,下次都會試用呢個方法來食生牛河。 continue reading

係蘭杜街搵食,見到大叻同呢間都係食越南野,見呢間入面都唔少人食,就決定試一試。牆上有唔少報紙雜誌既報道,又標榜自己係正宗越南菜,但結果都幾失望。我地叫左蕃茄肥牛湯河、雞絲扎肉撈檬同蔗蝦,加兩杯野飲。首先杯菜蜜係正常味既,但杯少冰既三色冰係稀到好似一開二咁,基本上都無乜椰汁味,只係一杯白色既水。野食方面,個蕃茄肥牛湯河佢講到非常入味,牆上面都大大張poster講到好駐名咁樣。係另一間越南餐廳食過令人念念不忙既蕃茄湯河,於是想試一試呢道既有無意外驚喜。但黎到個湯底其實比較似牛肉湯,顏色都係偏啡多過偏紅,蕃茄味可以話完全欠奉,就連蕃茄蓉都唔覺有。如果你話係牛肉湯我重覺得好味少少,畢竟個湯真係幾清甜,但絕對唔係一個蕃茄湯應該有既味而肥牛厚身得黎都幾un,唔算高質。要成68蚊碗應該都無下次。另外雞絲扎肉撈檬味道相對正常,雞絲份量唔少,但扎肉得兩細塊通常我食撈檬都會勁落d撈檬汁,但唔知點解呢道既撈檬汁都係無乜味。就咁望樽野上面個層都好淡色,就算搖一搖都唔見得有味,又倒唔到汁入面d渣出黎,最後食左一碗非常淡口既撈檬。念在佢唔洗40蚊我就算啦唯一可取都算係蔗蝦,大隻得黎都食得出有蝦味,但價錢有番咁上下,兩隻要成48蚊。總括黎講呢間野應該唔會再幫襯,見牆上面既報道講當時既蔗蝦28蚊,變到今日menu上既48蚊,應該都左相當既歷史。唔知當年既越旺係咪真係咁好食,但今日食到既水準真係未如理想。 continue reading

今晚同Mr C 有約,所以諗住黎呢間越南粉食個快飯。之前係灣仔附近返工,成日都係呢條街搵食。最掛住就係呢間嘅蕃茄湯牛肉粉。今晚入到去都見到好多人差唔多滿座。但今晚人手就好似唔夠。我同Mr C 都叫咗每人一碗蕃茄湯牛肉粉($52+$4轉番茄湯底),另外加一碟菜(加$15)同埋一個蒸粉卷(加$15)。等咗大概都15分鐘。心裡有點急,本身諗住快食先嚟架嘛。。。菜黎咗先,但係嗰菜認真好求其。然後嗰蒸粉卷。加$15有兩舊,OK啦,冇乜特別。嗰麵最後終於黎啦。好肚餓(餓到唔記得影相)。嗰湯底同之前一樣,夠濃味,夠鮮甜。唔使特別再落啲咩醬。牛肉嗰份量都夠。需然唔係啲咩雪花肥牛,但都OK!唯一今次覺得啊姐們冇乜心,可能太忙啦! continue reading

由於工作關係要到金鐘, 如果想在附近找到又平又地道的食店, 「灣仔蘭杜街2號」這條小巷幫到你。走入這家越南餐廳, 看一看下午茶餐牌, 就決定要吃一碗正宗的越南牛肉河。等待期間, 看到食店牆身有塊牌, 寫著「地道越南牛河最住食法」, 一於等我試試。生牛肉湯河粉 $38 賣相與其他生牛肉湯河無異, 牛肉片有四塊。最佳食法步驟一: 先喝一啖牛河湯。味道清甜, 有絲絲牛肉味, 而且飲到香葉味。最佳食法步驟二: 加青檸入湯再喝湯底。原來餐廳是不會主動提供青檸及辣椒, 還有甜辣醬的, 提提各位記得向店員要求。加了青檸辣椒的湯底變得酸酸辣辣, 好開胃。最佳食法步驟三: 以牛肉點上甜、辣醬再吃。從來未試過以牛肉蘸著甜辣醬來吃, 雖然味道濃烈, 十分醒神, 但亦略嫌太過搶味。吃生牛肉湯河粉的人應該多數是希望吃得比較清淡健康的, 所以我還是喜歡吃到牛肉原味, 而不是醬料味。牛肉粉嫩, 軟綿, 入口無渣, 河粉滑溜, 湯清甜。如果食店的冷氣可以開得涼快點, 會更好。 continue reading

係金鐘放工後,就沿住電車路行落灣仔,路經蘭杜街!入去睇睇有咩食!有幾間越南餐廳,隨機下去左呢間叫左個1號套餐,咖喱生牛肉湯河!味道香濃惹味!有幾舊咖喱薯仔在內!非常入味而生牛肉來到時仲係半生熟!用咖喱湯底既熱力將生牛肉整熟!所以牛肉非常樕滑!一d都唔老之後配左個小食要左個蝦餅!蝦餅香脆!內層蝦肉彈牙有咬口值得一讚環境尚可,不是華麗裝修!員工態度亦馬馬虎虎!還有改善地方呢!! continue reading
