To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳附近都是住宅,超級市場街市,方便街坊。嗰日好凍,入咗去好溫暖,老闆娘同老公一起打理 餐廳,都係越南人服務周到。枱面有火鍋爐,可能有得打邊爐。63一個午餐咁大件雞扒,望到都覺得好抵食,早啲食我朋友呢個河粉都有好多湯底同蔥,正。我食豬頸肉檬粉,豬頸肉都有好多舊,豬頸肉質地偏硬,如果腍啲就更好了。配菜都比好多,花生青瓜菜脆卜卜✨啲汁唔係我食開嗰隻,所以唔係好慣。比起好多越南餐廳都做得好食了。火車頭河粉,我望落去都覺得好好食,仲有牛丸同埋蘿蔔👍👍👍 朋友話清清甜甜味道適中好食。一個咁抵嘅午餐,我覺得好值得🫶

越南老闆小店經營,價錢經濟,食物質素中上,不含味精,性價比高,宜家成為我的飯堂之一,成日encore,老闆娘招呼親切親民,感覺舒服🥰有幾款素食:青芒果沙律,素菜紙米卷,炒雜菜(或按個人喜好,同老闆娘講吓,可即時按客人需要而調整)只是小店舖位,坐位有限。

喺香港嘅越南餐廳,真係由越南人經營㗎!間細細間嘅餐廳啫,我地試咗佢哋嘅牛肉河粉同燒肉河粉,味道真係正宗。老闆對佢哋嘅菜色好有心得,好識講解。呢個我真係好鍾意㗎,因為好多小餐廳老闆都冇咁關心顧客,但呢間唔同,佢哋肯為自己嘅食物負責,有種信心喺度!We tried other food next time. Too many dishes. Haha

呢間係屋企附近開左5個月,感覺應該ㄧ般,所以都冇去食,今日唔知食咩好,咁就是但試吓呢間,首先入座,靚女老板好熱情招呼,ㄧ坐低點菜過程靚女都好親切溫柔咁同我哋對答👍食物好啱本人口味,唔係死咸同重味精,靚女話吃完唔會口渴😎我哋叫咗5樣嘢,素米紙卷,牛肉粒菠蘿沙律,牛油雞翼,豬肉卷,下龍灣墨魚餅,當中牛油雞翼,牛肉粒菠蘿沙律,好出色,買單時靚女叫我哋下次試下蝦多士,春卷,仲有好多嘢好好食😂😂我就咁自然應承佢過幾日最嚟試😂😂😂
