今日嚟到呢一間喺太子附近嘅月喬,係一間越南菜嘅餐廳黎,本身就諗住食佢最出名嘅法包系列,係下午茶餐黎嘅,但係呢去到嘅時候呢店員就話俾我知原來佢哋一早買晒啲發包啦!所以我哋就叫咗其他都有啲越南特色嘅米線啦,就有佢都出名嘅經典火車頭同埋越南三寶河粉,咁佢個火車頭就係一般果幾樣牛丸牛肉同埋三寶就係啲炸豬扒炸雞翼之類嘅小食配搭咁,總括而言呢一間算係正常啦!講返佢個米線先,個湯底都係有d越南風味嘅,咁佢呢個下午茶下午茶餐係有配飲品嘅,我哋就叫咗一啲特色嘅越南奶茶咖啡同埋檸茶咁樣!

第一次食呢間,叫咗個豬頸肉湯粉,再加越式牛肉法包,滴滴咖啡,越式奶茶。整體黎講都叫幾好食 ,豬頸肉份量都多,女仔未必食得晒一個餐,如果鐘意試越南野既朋友,都可以黎試下

已經多次光顧此店,另有界限街店,較多人認識。這店的春卷包得扎實,是即炸,會燙咀的,不覺得油膩,點了春卷湯河,有三大件。另一必點是越式法包,包烘得很脆,醬汁是較辣的,但配搭得。很滋味。試過豬扒法包,豬扒是大大件的。我請服務員替我切3份,沒有被黑面,笑笑口話可以,贊👍生熟牛河河粉十分滑,湯底濃且較鹹,但不覺得有味精。牛肉份量多,有牛肉片,牛腩肉,抵食呀!

今晚個心口頂唔順,就揀咗間好有feel嘅越南店嚟填下肚。入嚟一坐,老闆娘就笑咗,添咗一份熱熱黎嘅人情味,隔離桌嘅煲仔飯嗆嗆聲,聽得我都心癢癢!先點咗個經典嘅牛肉粉,湯底鮮甜得嚟又有嗰種深邃嘅底味,牛肉嫩得滑嘅,口感正宗得滯,真係啱晒怕牛肉嚼得攰嘅食客。😋跟住又嚟咗個炸春卷,外皮酥脆到出奇,唔係嗰種會嚼到滿口油嘅那種。啲餡料好有層次,吹水中間唔知不覺就一口又一口。🌯辣得啱啱好嘅鴛鴦生菜包,嘩,嗰個豆腐乳醬汁啊,挑戰緊我對辣嘅極限,但係又停唔到口,彷彿幫我打開咗味蕾新世界嘅大門。🔥食物之間嘅配搭,碌得就碌得嚟,成個體驗食到好滿足,服務亦都貼心得嚟,整間店就係咁樣平易近人,又唔會輸給高檔餐廳。短短嘅食評寫唔盡食物嘅精妙,不過如果你想有個悠閒嘅晚餐,又或者想品嘗地道嘅越南菜,嗱,就千其唔好錯過咗呢間架喇!🍲

📍嚟到太子,特色餐廳林立,今次食到越南野:月喬正宗越南湯粉(柏樹街)旺角柏樹街4號地舖唔好嚟錯🙈因附近又有間叫月橋越南野,係分店之一。🔻餐廳用qr code自助落單🔻1. 茄湯蟹糕湯濛因有蝦同蟹糕嘅關係,蕃茄新鮮,湯底鮮甜,濛粉彈牙,剩係呢個底都值回票價。兩款用人手打嘅魚餅同扎肉都出色。🔻2. 招牌牛腩牛展湯粉牛腩滑溜,配埋呢個湯底真不得了,用牛骨香料製成。加上牛展入哂未,所以好快食哂成碗!🔻3. 越式炸蝦餅呢碟份量都唔少㗎!見兩款湯粉都咁多餸,而呢個炸蝦餅又唔輸蝕!擺到嚟熱辣辣,厚薄適中,配上越式醬汁,開胃美味。🔻4. 餐飲凍檸茶、紅豆冰紅豆冰唔會太甜,紅豆都佔好多,但椰汁同奶味底就唔太出。
