For the last 5 years (time flies!), Pici has stepped into different neighbourhoods expanding from HK Island to Kowloon and NT.

It has remained one of my favourite restaurants since the very first branch in Wan Chai. Back then, it was so difficult to get seats and they (still) don’t take reservations but definitely always worth waiting up for their amazing, fresh handmade pasta. 

This is my first visit to this LCK branch, I have visited 3 of their other locations and hands down to their consistency. 🙌 Definitely not an easy job to get the flavours right and to replicate it over all the kitchens!

First time trying this salad from them. Pear 🍐 in salad is an awesome idea especially for hot summer days. The touches of salt from Parmesan on top complemented the sweetness from the pear and honey mustard dressing.

Pici’s signature dish. Been in love with this one since my first visit years ago.
The texture of their handmade tagliolini is everything here, the white truffle paste is creamy without being over-the-top. It’s served in just the right portion that fills you but also leave you wanting just a little bit more. 🤌

My guilty pleasure. Tiramisu is my favourite dessert and I went through a phrase of emptying boxes of family size tiramisu from different places. 😅 
Pici’s tiramisu is generally quite good, minus the once or twice when it tasted a bit off.

🌱 Vegetarian-friendly: Basically I order the same dishes every time I come. They always have few vegetarian pasta and starter options on the menu.

餐包x 1 袋 :配上橄欖油和黑醋

前菜:選擇了Cold Cuts(冷切盤)包括巴馬火腿(Parma Ham)、Parmesan 芝士和 Parma Ham 鹹度適中,火腿的陳香也相當濃郁。 Parmesan 是意大利產的硬身芝士,芝士味很濃厚🥰🥰

主菜:Ravioli Swiss Chard (瑞士甜菜意大利雲吞) 。意大利雲吞配上黑胡椒芝士醬:) 濃郁嘅芝士醬超級香口,每一啖都充滿芝士香味,但味道對於小編來說太咸了,所以扣了少少分。

甜品:Tiramisu。Pici 的 Tiramisu 超級好味。 奶油幼滑,蛋糕帶有香醇的酒香,加上面層的可可粉,簡直令人回味無窮。(超級大杯,一個人未必食得晒)

 整體來說雖然賣相一般,但味道同手工誠意很加分,未試過又中意正宗意大利粉既值得一試🥰🥰✏️

我十分喜歡 PICI 的手工寬帶麵,喜歡其質感比較爽不會糊口及膩喉,今日專程去到荔枝角分店,這家裝修好有復古英倫風格,座椅又舒服,服務都不錯有禮貌。🍴前菜有吞拿魚醬小牛肉 同 巴馬火腿配水牛芝士。前者比較膩可能係吞拿魚醬太多,原因口感太幼細,牛肉有好香燒牛肉味,我比較喜歡巴馬火腿不太鹹,肉質好嫩。🍴慢煮牛面頰寬帶麵👍是我主菜是我專一的,不知原因總覺沙田分店做得好啲,牛面頰同樣軟腍的。🍴鮮刨黑松露細扁麵。黑松露油炒有一定程度香氣,鮮刨黑松露口感爽真係似層樹皮😂,個人比較喜歡寬帶麵,對細扁麵沒有多大感覺。🍡Tiramisu 比較甜但很幼滑。😋如果可以給予甜品同飲品任選就好喇!

前者比較膩可能係吞拿魚醬太多,原因口感太幼細,牛肉有好香燒牛肉味,我比較喜歡巴馬火腿不太鹹,肉質好嫩。

閒日約朋友黎呢間食 lunch,weekday 有 lunch set 都幾抵食,而且呢間分店都幾舒服,比尖沙咀分店寬敞。兩個人點左2 sets,不過就等左好耐先有得食,但份量就好多。Starter 揀左 Vitello Tonnato,吞拿魚蛋黃醬好滑,但係就偏鹹,小牛肉有啲柴。朋友本身要 Andrea's Cold Cut,但嗰ham cutter 壞左,要轉Burrata Cheese。因為咁等左30分鐘,黎到太餓沒影相就食左... 就係正正常常既Burrata Cheese 😅Main Course 要左 Tagliatelle Smoked Salmon,調味唔錯,帶微辣, 扁麵有啲太厚身,略硬唔夠煙韌,煙三文魚有啲過熟。另外係 Papardelle Amatriciana,味道都ok 既,但寬帶麵都係沒咩彈性,做唔到 al dente 既質感。整體上意粉沒尖沙咀分店做得咁好,有啲失望。甜品 Tiramisu 同 Panna Cotta,就做到 Pici 既水準。因為等太耐,所以叫左杯 latte,好奶,咖啡味淡,唔啱口味。

When we arrived, Gina, who greeted us at reception was friendly, sweet and thoughtful, she came to chat with us and introduced herself. It was perfect from the start to finish. During dinner, Marsha was superb, wonderfully warm and even surprised my friend with a birthday cake. What a perfect night. The food was excellent, loved the pasta. Love it .

Parma ham配上蜜瓜既呢個經典組合唔算有好大驚喜,唯獨值得講講既係火腿既肉質肥瘦適中而且仲帶少少油香,配埋蜜瓜一齊食,作為前菜黎講,真係好chill阿!


💡小知識:其實Parma ham 係來自意大利中叫做Parma既地方,但點解多數Parma ham既配搭都一定配哈蜜瓜呢? 其實因為Parma ham經過不同時間既風乾,都會增加火腿既味道,由於就咁品嚐風乾火腿會太鹹,所以配埋哈蜜瓜既清甜岩岩好可以中和當中既鹹香,平衡返整個口感,而當然有下廚既朋友就一定會知甜和鹹味往往都係可以相輔相乘既!👏🏻

做法同傳統既千層肉醬闊麵一樣,無論層次又或者口感都好豐富,中間分層組合有薯蓉、肉醬、闊麵以及芝士碎。而手工既闊麵好薄口感好滑,肉醬既味道都好濃郁,但係份量上小編就覺得比較少,真係覺得唔夠分阿。

又係一款簡簡單單既甜品阿!不過話時話愈簡單既野就越需要技巧啦。芝士打得夠滑而且就算加埋手指餅一齊放入口,都唔會被咖啡既香蓋過芝士既味道,不過如果酒味可以再重返少少就更加好啦!利申呢杯tiramisu小編一個人食哂嫁!

意式奶凍既奶味夠香濃,不過味道上就有少少偏甜,雖然配左raspberry醬一齊食可以平衡返奶凍中膩既口感,但始終一個人都有少少難食哂成杯阿,哈哈!🫣

睇介紹話 Pici 的 Tiramisu 雖外表平平,但讓人喜出望外,直逼香港第一。難得經過 D2 Place,當然不會錯過。Tiramisu 一上枱,2/3杯的份量,感覺有點「呃秤」😅。不過食,非講求量,味道才是最重要吧。Tiramisu 表面佈滿可可粉,帶來陣陣可可香。Mascarpone Cheese 的份量比例較重 ,我想與 Lady Finger 的比例是 3:1,甚至是 4:1。Tiramisu 的 Mascarpone Cheese 入口幼滑豐盈,奶油味濃郁,但較甜。Lady Finger 雖浸透咖啡,但咖啡味欲欠奉。Pici 的 Tiramisu,吃第一口,奶油香的確先聲奪人,但食到一半已經覺得太甜好膩(2/3杯的迷底已經解開)。而上網話咖啡同酒味濃郁,我就唔覺。整體只可說是不過不失、加上單點要$60,唔會有下次。
