作為一個想奉行低碳飲食嘅人平時如果返工一人食午餐選擇的確有啲困難覺得佢pickabowl都已經係一個好好嘅選擇但見住佢價錢越嚟越貴,健康真係好貴😂😂今個禮拜幫襯咗兩次$86 慢煮天多利雞+$2轉椰菜花飯$86 薑汁松阪豬 +$2轉椰菜花飯.其實不嬲嚟呢度食佢嘅pokerice每次飽滿足嘅唔會驚唔飽,呢排因為想戒一戒生冷食物,所以就唔揀魚生了,佢哋啲魚生都好好味!可惜係海鮮類都會偏貴,咁所以揀熟悉了🥹.第一餐我揀咗薑汁松阪豬先~🐷除咗有松阪豬,仲有烤南瓜、玉子燒、烤豆腐、四季豆、毛豆配日式自家制醬油,都不失有好多好好嘅蛋白質纖維,仲有健康嘅澱粉,我自己平時都會食開椰菜花飯,不過生嘅椰菜花飯呢就少啲啦,不過勝在佢多配料,撈埋嚟食都唔會有好大陣草青味!松阪豬亦都有滿滿薑汁味,好似生薑燒咁樣同埋都大大粒,係滿足嘅!😌😋第二餐揀咗慢煮天多利雞肉,慢煮天多利雞、菠蘿、青瓜、蟹籽配蛋黃醬,想講真係有啲圖文不符,圖片只供參考😂,本身菜單上嘅雞肉係醃過之後先慢煮,但佢而家變成慢煮咗好多粒嘅雞肉之後再淋上tandoori sauce,食落嘅時候個雞肉都真係冇味,冇雞味亦都冇鹹味😂,10分適合追求健康的你🤣.如果下次再揀,我應該都會揀返食松阪豬了😆😆除左講味道,主要係整體上松阪豬個配搭亦都口感豐富一啲食落開心啲🫶🏻

我們於18/8(日)外賣了2個poke bowl。❶Classic Couple 經典雙拼(和風配菜)($100):有吞拿魚🍣生、三文魚🍣生、烤南瓜🎃粒、玉子燒🍳粒、烤豆腐、毛豆,菠蘿🍍粒、生菜🥬,再加上白飯+糙米飯,青爽的餡料搭配得宜,亦夠飽。❷湯茶漬($94):我們選擇了鰹魚昆布湯,松阪豬及慢煮三文魚(照燒盛汁味),搭配白飯+糙米飯。豬粒都幾多,三文魚有一塊,再加上入味鰹魚昆布湯及昆布,非常健康

除左Standard配好嘅口味,大家仲可以自選配菜,選擇白飯、黃薑椰菜花、糙米飯、烏冬或者沙律等,彈性幾大。仲有冷壓果汁俾大家揀,啱哂健康,做GYM嘅人食。🥗Atlantic on Fire $92★★★★☆呢個同其他POKE有少少唔同,冇咩多餘醬汁,都係食食材原本嘅原味道。今次就叫左煙燻味油辣三文魚加糙米飯,煙燻油辣味三文魚份量唔少,辣味幾出,加埋生洋蔥夠哂惹味!除左糙米飯都仲會有大量唔同配菜,紅腰豆、紅菜頭、菠蘿粒、甜黃椒、沙律菜等,食落口感豐富!醬汁只有果醋,但配菜好似紅菜頭、菠蘿粒嘅酸甜味,加上三文魚辣味都唔會好寡,唔油膩,唔會太多飯,但食完係滿足都飽。🥗D.I.Y.自選Powl $90★★★★☆呢個叫左慢煮雞胸加蒜辣八爪魚,同樣係紅菜頭配菜!一眼都見兩款份量都幾多,雞胸粒唔算係好嫩滑,但未到超級柴。蒜辣八爪魚超級惹味,八爪魚食落夠爽脆,加埋蒜油真係超級餸飯。🌟總括:超健康嘅選擇,即使係減肥、健身、生酮飲食或者低碳都可以食!唔似其他勁多醬油、沙律醬,呢個係更貼近原味道嘅POKE!
