小編經Openrice預約,半自助晚餐有9折,值得留意的是Free flow是沒有折扣的,但仍然物超所值。雖然小編沒有事先要求,但餐廳很貼心地為我們留了窗邊、可以望到海景的座位,享受晚餐。平日晚上來吃半自助晚餐連主菜只需$298起,加$60主菜就可以選燒牛扒配田園蔬菜。老實說,主菜除了燒牛扒以外都沒什麼特別,所以小編二人都點了5成熟的燒牛扒作主菜,配上兩小時的free flow,好好享受有牛有酒有景相伴的酒店西餐。侍應很專業,會把紅酒、白酒和香檳拿過來給客人挑選,在小編猶豫不決時也很適時地提供意見。小編首先品嚐香檳,甜味重,容易入口,是很好的頭炮。然後去自助區拿點沙律,還有羅宋湯,雖然選擇不多,但品質正常,用料充足。最特別的是魔鬼蛋,把吞拿魚蓉加入千島醬後放在全熟蛋上面,一口吃下來有蛋黃的香味、吞拿魚的鹹香和千島醬的微酸,頗為特別,一試無妨。當吃了相當份量的頭盤後,侍應主動詢問是否可以上主菜。牛扒上檯非常大份,燒肉的紋路很美,外面煎得香脆,內裡是粉嫩的五成熟。肉的品質正常,不肥膩,切開有肉汁,一點都不乾柴。單以主菜來算,在尖沙咀酒店這個地段,已經值回票價。總括而言,這餐飯小編和友人吃得相當愉快,環境舒適、景觀開揚、食物質素不錯、招待殷勤、性價比高,小編必定會回訪。 continue reading

8月30日前來享用了半自助晚餐,但餐廳的服務質素完全不合格。到達餐廳時,門口接待的西裝男職員不熟悉電腦系統,不懂得透過電話號碼搜尋相關預約。其後需要旁邊女侍應教導逐一輸入數字,等待超過一分鐘才查閱到。入座後經一位女侍應下單,要了。侍應在詢問羊肉熟度後便想離開,要本人提示是否有醬汁選擇才知曉未完整下單。其後詢問是否有檸檬周限定的檸檬梳打可以十多元加購,清晰形容了三次仍未了解到。直至回到櫃台詢問西裝男職員後才指著旁邊桌上才有的廣告立牌表示有的,表示要求一杯後不知為何又錯誤送來兩杯。食物方面,酒香西檸骨及燒羊架的肉質都非常霉爛,一食已知醃肉時間過長甚至出現過咸及味。我甚至不解為何七成熟羊架需要從中切開,賣相像街邊茶餐廳西式碟頭飯。Whatsapp訂檯時中文詢問但以不合文法的港式英文回覆,已詢問使用Mastercard付款可獲9折及每人雪糕一杯,但當天詢問西裝男職員相關優惠只回答,再詢問是否有雪糕一杯只回答,既然得知實行的優惠與描述的完全不符只好當自己倒霉結脹離開。本人不知是酒店宣傳還是職員質素有問題,但是網上顯示的優惠與餐廳實行的截然不同。中等價位的酒店餐廳,但服務比街邊小店還差。員工不熟悉電腦設備、餐牌內容、推廣優惠,彷彿在上學一樣要我多次暗示是否有相關事物。即使聽到又一口否定,認為客人記錯也不會自行覆核。在尖沙咀的酒店餐廳也這樣的質素,難怪旅客投訴香港服務業。 continue reading
