To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小編經Openrice預約,半自助晚餐有9折,值得留意的是Free flow是沒有折扣的,但仍然物超所值。雖然小編沒有事先要求,但餐廳很貼心地為我們留了窗邊、可以望到海景的座位,享受晚餐。平日晚上來吃半自助晚餐連主菜只需$298起,加$60主菜就可以選燒牛扒配田園蔬菜。老實說,主菜除了燒牛扒以外都沒什麼特別,所以小編二人都點了5成熟的燒牛扒作主菜,配上兩小時的free flow,好好享受有牛有酒有景相伴的酒店西餐。侍應很專業,會把紅酒、白酒和香檳拿過來給客人挑選,在小編猶豫不決時也很適時地提供意見。小編首先品嚐香檳,甜味重,容易入口,是很好的頭炮。然後去自助區拿點沙律,還有羅宋湯,雖然選擇不多,但品質正常,用料充足。最特別的是魔鬼蛋,把吞拿魚蓉加入千島醬後放在全熟蛋上面,一口吃下來有蛋黃的香味、吞拿魚的鹹香和千島醬的微酸,頗為特別,一試無妨。當吃了相當份量的頭盤後,侍應主動詢問是否可以上主菜。牛扒上檯非常大份,燒肉的紋路很美,外面煎得香脆,內裡是粉嫩的五成熟。肉的品質正常,不肥膩,切開有肉汁,一點都不乾柴。單以主菜來算,在尖沙咀酒店這個地段,已經值回票價。總括而言,這餐飯小編和友人吃得
