This place has a long history, Chef auntie Ping originally from Thailand, she and her lovely son run this restaurant with very authentic cooking skill. Reasonable price and surprising taste. 今日約左姐姐,妹妹,一起去 龍脊行完山,姐姐年紀有點大 ,行得非常之慢,我同妹妹 慢慢行等佢,姐姐話終於上到山頂了,風景好優美啊,非常之開心,休息了一會,再行去大浪灣,看見大浪灣海灘,大浪一個接一個,好多人在玩滑浪,聽到好多歡笑的聲音,又在大浪灣欣賞海浪,好舒服不想回家,最後我們一齊坐小巴回到筲箕灣,再坐地鐵去西環 ,萍姐泰國菜食晚餐,點了一個生菜包,串燒牛肉,串燒雞肉,明爐烏魚,馬拉盞通菜,雖然店舖細小,好有特色 ,有人情味,這裏的泰國菜,非常之好食,食飽要送姐姐回家去。 continue reading

作為西環街坊,我諗我幫襯過超過10次,我可以講咁多年嚟個味道都無變,而且我覺得佢冇加過價。間鋪坐到廿幾人到,都幾企理,乾淨。串燒就會喺出邊燒,菜啊炒野就會喺入邊廚房整。佢哋應該係一家人經營,萍姐就係煮嗰個,串燒就係佢個仔整,樓面就係萍姐老公。個Menu有泰文,同埋記得佢哋講過會返泰國慶祝潑水節,所以估呢到啲野食都幾正宗。其實個Menu都幾多選擇,但我叫嚟叫去都係叫嗰啲嘢食,因為真係覺得好好食,價錢就OK啦其實都幾抵,咁多野好似都只係三百蚊左右,而且冇加一就非常好!我其實唔知泰國菜點先叫正宗,但佢呢度唔係一味得個辣字,重口味。首先,嘢飲叫咗青檸梳打,佢呢個味道同出邊完全唔同。係飲唔到嘅味道,個顏色同平日都唔同,超級正,而且超級大杯,我諗個份量係平日嘅1.5倍。嗌咗一堆小食,包括炸蝦餅、豬頸肉同牛仔骨串燒。我覺得個豬頸肉就普通啲,但牛仔骨非常惹味,佢本身已經切到一嚿嚿,方便食。個蝦餅就非常不得了,炸到出邊脆脆地,入邊啲蝦膠就好彈牙而且好大塊。推介呀👍🏻另外叫咗碟炒菜,都好食但就冇乜話特別嘅地方。但碟香葉炒蜆真係100個讚,佢啲蜆好肥美好大隻,無沙,個量都OK多下我諗有20幾隻。最重要佢係用咗啲香葉嚟炒,有少少辣,但唔係平日豆豉嗰種,係真係會食到你流口水,而且最最最最好味係伴碟嘅粉絲,但次次我都唔記得叫佢俾多啲,因為好好食所以次次都覺得唔夠食。🤣🤣🤣最後就係個咖喱牛肉檬粉,佢次次上碟個造型都唔同,但個味都一樣咁好食。佢次次上碟個造型都唔同,但個味都一樣咁好食。佢啲牛肉好多,咖喱就椰香味重,但都不失辣味,佢啲檬粉比較似幼身嘅米線,唔易斷,所以好容易掛到啲汁好入味。個汁配白飯應該都好正!本身仲叫咗個pad thai,但佢落漏單,不過我已經好飽所以都無所謂啦!我強烈推介呢間餐廳,佢啲泰國菜嘅味道我真係冇喺其他餐廳食過,佢仲有好多其他菜式例如生蝦、燒魚同埋冬陰公等等。但我估下次我都係會叫返上面嘅菜式!😎😎⭐️ continue reading
