1) We went to have a chilled drink and (hope to get) some nice food together for our visitors coming in town. Many options from the winelist were not available. Everytime their senior manager came back “we don’t have this one, similar price would be this another one”, for 3-4 times.Normally sommelier should recommend something with similar flavours, texture and price range, rather than just “similar price”. 2) Food options are worse when compared to last year. 3 When I went to pay, I heard staff

I have been to 40+ countries and never in my life have seen such a horrible service. The Asian looking server at the reception is so mean. He stopped us while I see other people going in. After I point it out he claims they don’t have any drinks anymore? I mean, this is a bar ? Right down stairs u have Ichu they have much better service and terrace and plus they have DJ sometimes. I love Hongkong so much and I come here very often but this place is definitely a stain in this city!

Went there for a drink, view was lovely. There was a black low coffee table misplaced and accidentally hit it and started bleeding. The waiting staff saw it and I asked her for bandage and waited for forgot how long, no respond and no update, so asked again and they told me nope, left me bleeding and no bandage. I asked another staff who seems to be a manager and at last got me a bandage after maybe half an hour. Totally disappointed with the service despite how lovely the view is. Unbeliev

Come on.. Hong Kong service is better that you can do here! We got here around 4pm n we opened bottles. But suddenly a waiter came to our table and being really mean to us saying: “I don’t care how much you spent, I need this table at 6pm!” We were about to enjoy our time at Plume and this is how you treat your clients?! Seriously, I am not gonna come EVER AGAIN!

Tried to visit Plume for several time but always in a bad time. Heard they have a good deal “Buy 1 get 1 free” for their set lunch for their 1st Anniversary. 呢間係一間特別嘅餐廳，因為佢位於天台，剩係得室外位置，餐廳景觀一流，感覺就係大地在我腳下😆 餐廳亦都好貼心，喺每一個位置都放咗室外冷氣機。要去呢間餐廳，首先搭lift上26樓，然後再行一條樓梯上去天台。其實佢同26樓間餐廳係同一集團，食物亦都係出自26樓嘅呢一間米芝蓮，質素有保證。呢度set lunch $490起，有啲選擇需要加錢。Appetizer:1. 餐廳做一週年買一送一活動 就來試下咯1- 食物：bar food , 不求最好 只求過得去.. 如果不是買一送一，我就覺得太貴咯，食物質素沒夠班，單靠個景，又沒至於好靚 中環大把美景天台餐廳.. 2- 景觀，OK，又不至於breath taking .. 3- 服務，一個男服務員有經驗，其他不在狀態. 4- 背景音樂，好吵。

bad customer service. extremely rude male Host. for the price it costs for a drink you'd expect impecabpe customer service. will not be coming back. male Host was rude with NO explanations . ruined the whole experience

性價比唔高都算啲嘢食勁難食，生蠔唔新鮮，薯條又林晒，話要多杯同樣既wine仲問你本身嗌咗啲。。。雪糕勁假勁難食。打嚟confirm嗰陣又唔話要做快速測試，結果好多人都唔知要喺門口即刻做仲要買佢$50個kit。同啲侍應唔係好識講英文，但係死都要講，覆佢英文又聽唔明講中文佢又講番英文，唔知想點。服務態度有啲差，好似全部新黎無train 過咁。。I won’t come again or recommend to anyone.

今日喺度試咗個勁好食嘅生蠔，總共叫左六隻，好重海水味，而且呢亦都好creamy, 作為頭盤呢簡直係一流啦。望住個咁靚嘅景，再配埋杯白酒，你話係咪好正先，一於約埋一班朋友上嚟嘆吓啦

今日去咗the plum, 環境真係超靚呀，有無敵嘅中環景，仲有一流嘅食物，實在太chill喇!我仲叫咗生蠔， cheese Burger，仲有好好味嘅parma ham!

Amazing place ! Right spot for drinks, even more for food.To do absolutly, and do it again, and again.The wine selection is huge with very good french reference.What about the food, smart and simple A La Carte menu, it's just made by the 2* Michelin Restaurant "Ecriture", just to say that you need to order something to eat too !Great experience !
