第一次去譽居食早餐,平時都係食晚飯多,我唔知佢哋嘅配搭係點配,個女職員幫我哋落單,我都係同佢講我想食嘅嘢,佢用教訓嘅態度同我講點點點配搭會抵食啲,我冇理佢,佢都講得唔清楚,其實我覺得冇所謂,於是我繼續睇,佢無端端講一句你咁都唔明啊?態度奇差,好似教訓緊我,其實我淨係想食我想食嘅嘢啫,我同佢講話錢唔係一個問題,我話你唔好打斷我喺睇緊,佢話我幫你又錯,成件事好怪,又同我講乜都係得佢一個做,但其實我見好多個員工喺度,佢哋都好忙,我同佢講話唔關我事,係你哋嘅事,佢之後仲嚟咗個完全唔熱嘅腸粉,又來錯咗個炒麵,咁嘅員工點解會留喺度,食咗10幾年越來越難食,啲嘢食唔係平,員工態度又麻麻地,繼續落去會關門大吉

很多時候家人想食粥便會幫襯,但不幸每次都有不好經歷。食粥見過有小曱甴,食麵就有小飛蟲,炸兩的油炸鬼放太耐硬到似多士。有三次叫外賣仲離譜,第一次我買譽居叉燒炒飯,女收銀話冇,佢話只有叉燒炒飯,但本menu係寫住譽居叉燒炒飯😓。第二次買叉燒炒飯同女收銀講多少少菜甫,佢話叉燒炒飯冇菜甫,但我食咗幾次都有,而且餐牌有寫用叉燒粒、蛋及菜甫炒,跟住佢話正價冇菜甫,下午茶先有😓,我懷疑佢根本唔知係咪呢度嘅員工。第三次最離譜,我買外賣,女收銀自己掛住傾計又問我要咩,我講咗雲吞麵三次,驚佢掛住同人講野落錯單,俾完錢我睇單發現佢出咗豬手麵😓,我即時同佢講打錯單,佢話我自己叫豬手麵,佢冇落錯,我話我講咗三次,完全冇講過豬手兩字,而且我唔食豬手,要求佢改,佢叫咗個比佢高級嘅男經理幫手簽名改單並告訴男經理係我轉要改因為我講錯,我即時告訴經理係女收銀掛住傾計落錯單。邊有咁離譜自己做錯仲講大話屈落顧客度,佢仲好不滿同其他女職員講佢嘅大話,仲累佢要改單,語氣超級差同冇禮貌😡,所以我唔會再幫襯,咁樣嘅服務態度先會越嚟越少人去。

親臨到店購買外賣食品,其後覺得售價有點奇怪,因發現親臨到店比網上外賣平台購買貴30%便向店員查詢,店員解釋網上外賣平台有折扣,所以售價會便宜,聽到解釋後心裏極不舒服,為何購買時不向客人推介一下或張貼宣傳單張讓客人自行選擇,最後提取食物時要求外賣筷子,店員說每份需要$2(店員說是政府法例需要的)。 以上是本人在這餐廳短短15分鐘的外賣體驗,也是我感到不舒服的主要原因,其實售價不算便宜,食物中規中矩,希望銷售服務方面調整一下。 最後講一聲服務、規矩有問題可以培訓、可以換人,但外賣筷子真的政府法例規定需加$2嗎?當時我需要筷子用餐只好無奈接受,但內心有點被玩弄的感覺。

Wifey & I have been wanting wonton noodles since arriving in HK, so we decided it was time to get some for dinner 🤤.We dropped by a local place called ‘Praise House Congee & Noodles’ where we got some dry mix wonton noodles, eggplant stir fried e-fu noodles and a fried dough stick wrapped in rice noodles (炸兩) 🤗.Simple comfort foods are always the best and we loved the wontons here. They were massive, full of pork mince and a whole prawn and just delicious! 朝早11:19喺青衣城譽居外賣咗四盒燒味(有飯有米粉有瀬粉),到最後11:48先至有得攞。大約11:35問職員請問有未?佢答我,因為燒味未出,師傅未切好要等耐啲。我心諗燒味要等咁耐嘅咩.....我睇住其他單已經出曬好耐,漏單你咪認囉.....樓面嗰班真係不知所謂!
