疫情之下好懷念日本的滋味,所以今次特地坐車來到銅鑼灣sogo買來自日本的press butter sand,還記得第一次吃到press butter sand完全感動滿分,首先會問到餅乾紮實的烘焙香氣,咬下去酥脆的外皮甚至帶有點微硬的口感(硬不代表不好吃呀)加上來自北海道的黃油,此物應是天上有啊~~~😂,日本為何做甜點類都這麼強呢!而且甜度都不會太超過還能符合亞洲人的胃蕾👍,而入口即化(不對!它在餅乾中就是做成液態或濃稠狀的吧😂)而press butter sand用hasamiyaki製成這特殊的餅乾把黃油鎖在中間,為了讓顧客可以享受北海道黃油。 continue reading
