又嚟到懶洋洋的星期日,木羽小姐起床後第一件事少不免都係「食」突然醒起屋企附近開左間幾靚嘅新餐廳(其實都開左兩三個月...),就近近地食個靚Brunch先入到餐廳,我地揀左張長枱坐,坐位空間感剛剛好,坐得舒服係食假日Brunch嘅首要條件侍應有禮貌地遞上Menu,木羽小姐好快速地揀左紫薯飯配雞排(食飯?說好的Brunch呢?🤔)出餐速度都算快,先上是日餐湯我唔記得問侍應係咩湯😝我諗係南瓜湯?我自己就覺得一般,味道淡左少少,但木羽小姐飲到咁...以佢咁嘴刁,即係都尚算不錯的🌝接住就上主菜,紫薯飯隻色幾靚🍠🍠食得出係足料,色水都係紫薯本身染出嚟嘅,可以放心畀小朋友食,但飯身略為硬左少少,可以煮軟少少就Perfect啦!(純粹個人口味)建議再加多少少汁會好味啲;至於雞排味道唔錯,肉質都剛好,整體都係好食嘅輪到木羽小姐嘅至愛出場,士多啤梨乳酪沙冰連我都覺得好飲😆😆😆兩個大小細路好滿足好寫意地完成個Brunch啦!👯第一次光顧感覺很好,店內環境舒服裝潢好有氣質好靚食物有質素侍應又有禮貌希望會Keep住呢四個我會期待不久嘅將來再嚟幫襯的🙋🏼🙋🏼

接住就上主菜,紫薯飯隻色幾靚🍠🍠食得出係足料,色水都係紫薯本身染出嚟嘅,可以放心畀小朋友食,但飯身略為硬左少少,可以煮軟少少就Perfect啦!(純粹個人口味)建議再加多少少汁會好味啲;至於雞排味道唔錯,肉質都剛好,整體都係好食嘅

蘆筍帶子意大利飯帶子煎得頗香,可惜的是飯味道未見突出,可以改善。下次我會試意粉比較一下,看看會不會有驚喜。相信每間餐廳都有其拿手的菜色,如果要我介紹Press Enter的,下面兩款我會推薦以下兩款:火山石燒美國安格斯T骨扒,$288。特別訂製火山石爐烤牛扒,味道有煙熏效果,我點5成熟,切開品嘗,外香脆而內細嫩,但近骨位有點筋膜,難免要用多點牙力。芒果焦糖窩夫,$6x。窩夫最重要是窩夫底,此窩夫本身夠厚,但又不會乾乾的,要控制窩夫漿及時間是難度所在。但芒果肉可以稍為增加一點,焦糖醬建議點少少就可以,不然我覺得過甜。服務我覺得是加分的地方。老闆可能聽到我們的對話,知道我們時間有點趕,主動跟我們說明牛扒烹調需時,看能不能配合我們。

窩夫最重要是窩夫底,此窩夫本身夠厚,但又不會乾乾的,要控制窩夫漿及時間是難度所在。但芒果肉可以稍為增加一點,焦糖醬建議點少少就可以,不然我覺得過甜。

服務我覺得是加分的地方。老闆可能聽到我們的對話,知道我們時間有點趕,主動跟我們說明牛扒烹調需時,看能不能配合我們。

Recommend by my girl friend to Press Enter Cafe, the cafe are full of customer, luck that I get a sit quickly. The lunch set is very tasty, fresh blend sweet corn soup, black pepper chicken herbs butter rice and most of all the Bloody Grapefruit Soda in fresh me up in a hot day. Excellent Staffs service, lovely smile, definitely will come in try their brunch in weekend.

上星期六朋友帶我去大角咀一間新開餐廳, 一行4人晚上7:30到達, 裝修不錯光線適中給人舒服放鬆感覺, 十餘張枱差不多坐滿, 但唔覺得嘈。餐牌食品種類不多, 我們點了沙律紅酒醋, 野菌松露湯, 慢煮豬仔排骨, 什菌黑松露奶油天使麵和他們介紹的一個炸物魔天輪, 飲品就點了鮮芒果香橙梳打及青蘋果蜜桃梳打。等了約10分鐘, 沙律及野菌松露湯先上, 沙律配紅酒醋好香, 松露湯亦好味, 之後上飲品和炸物魔天輪, 有炸魚, 炸雞翼, 洋蔥圈, 芝士薯寶及薯條。特別好味的係炸魚和雞翼, 其他炸物一點都唔油膩。很喜歡那兩杯梳打, 唔甜有新鮮生果。到了上天使麵及豬仔掛骨, 兩碟的份量都幾多, 天使麵煮得不軟不硬剛剛好, 忌廉汁好滑什菌好足料, 豬仔骨切開是粉紅色, 我們幾個研究是否煮唔熟, 立刻有職員過嚟解說是因為真空以58度慢煮4個鐘以成。豬仔排骨入口軟熟, 肉汁豐富一D都唔乾。到我哋最緊要的甜品, 綠茶蛋糕配朱古力雪糕, 超好味, 蛋糕軟綿綿, 綠茶味濃, 加上朱古力雪糕, 所有味道配搭得好, 不是人工做作的味道。另一款係冰鎮雲尼拿雪糕, 上面插住一塊極薄菠蘿片乾, 再配一小杯espresso給你淋

埋單$487連貼士$500。總結:食品好味,份量十足, 上菜速度控制順暢, 餐廳環境舒適, 職員態度友善, 每人平均消費$80-150好抵食, 唯一不足是餐廳附近沒有停車場, 最近要泊新九龍廣場或泊大全街。下次去必試西冷肉眼牛扒同埋甜品

小有地真係令我忍唔住想讚下呢間cafe. 係優悠既星期六早上我訓醒就同男朋友落樓睇下附近有咩早餐好食。咁岩見到呢間cafe新開。d裝修又好有feel又舒適. 係門口睇睇餐牌又唔貴wo. 就入左去試下。一入到去已經聞到好香既coffee 味。之後我坐低見有d 凍初左兩下手臂。個staff 仲好細心主動幫我調去個無咁大風既位。之後我同男朋友分別叫左個All day breakfast同黑松露炒蛋breakfast. 果然有驚喜。平時食開d黑松露炒蛋得一粒手指甲大小既黑松露。但呢間d黑松露多到成隻炒蛋都充滿住黑松露既味道。認真抵食。至於個all day breakfast都好大碟。D食材又好新鮮。重點係個coffee. 我平時係hk係唔會飲coffee既。只會飲las vegas wynn hotel既coffee. 因為飲慣美國既coffee覺得hk d coffee普遍都偏苦。今次見d coffee 咁香就膽粗粗試飲左一口男朋友杯coffee. 又有驚喜。濃滑得黎一d都唔苦。d奶同coffee既調配配合得剛剛好。搞到我自己都忍唔住叫多左杯coffee慢慢嘆。咁就過左個悠閒又幸褔美滿既星期
