試生和牛他他 (Steak tartare)實在好驚喜。送到餐卓,好似成個花園放響你面前,未食已經心花怒放,影相影唔停手。生和牛他他一般是混和英式喼汁,再打隻生蛋在表面,但呢度的生和牛他他,打破傳統風格,用完全另一種醬汁提升和牛鮮味,混合意式capers和多款香料,再灑滿金黃咸蛋黃!! 同烤多士真係絶配。食埋嫩雞腿漢堡,先講主角雞腿,重點係粉薄加現場即炸,個飽夠鬆脆,唐揚炸雞腿配上菜絲、脆蘿蔔漬、柚子芝麻醬,口感豐富。 continue reading

新開酒吧+ 西餐廳PRIMAL Booze & Feed 由來自英國的精釀啤酒迷(Craft beer) Steve親自打理,首先當然要試佢嚴選的新鮮生啤。Steve推薦新西蘭BEHEMOTH 酒廠的Hazy Pale Ale BRAIN SMILES,生啤色澤金黃,單看色調便知好嘢。入口酒味均衡,帶微微果香。桶装精釀生啤酒的新鮮和風味,其他確實無得比。今次無試本地少爺啤,下次會試Steve心水的少爺IPA啤,佢話苦帶濃郁花香。食咗「老闆心水吞拿魚生」,角切吞拿魚生混和日本芥末、青瓜漬,芥末醬提鮮又有點意想不到的意式風味,整體水平不錯。又叫咗鐵板熨漢堡配特脆薯條 (RUSTIC FRIES)。先講特脆薯條 (RUSTIC FRIES),(問steve 點會咁脆) 佢話薯條外包層馬鈴薯、大米和西米粉 ,故外面特脆又帶點粗糙感,其他餐廳少有。漢堡牛扒由十多年大廚經驗的Steve親自用 ‘熨斗’ 壓製,快速鎖住肉汁,漢堡內夾川味青芒果絲、洋蔥漬,食起來肉香有微微酸甜爽脆感,好耐無食過好的漢堡,今次很滿意。餐廳走精緻用餐及精釀啤酒路線,但價錢實惠。下次要試老闆大力推介的招牌生和牛他他和香脆嫩雞腿肉 (Chicken Karaage) 。   continue reading
