这间经常full house所以我和朋友天还没黑早早就去了，不用排队，喜欢坐吧台位😍光线更好，还能看bartender调酒Asia Best 50 Bars👉🏻26，期待蛮高 但我们喝了3杯都觉得不太合口味💧Earl Grey Caviar Martini 【喝起来最狼狈的一款】Quinary的bestseller，看大家都叫这杯“懒羊羊”，确实……那丰盈的泡沫造型很“懒羊羊”，cointreau和ketel one vodka基酒，第一口下去先是泡沫和爆爆珠🤣，整体是酸酸甜甜的柑橘味与茶香。【别去“吸”上面的泡沫，很容易呛到】Haak Lo Mai 黑糯米一杯可以喝的小甜品，尝上去是香芋与椰子的味道，还可以但不是很出彩（喝这杯的第一口让我想起the old man的Good, Honest Revolution🤔）Mystique 😫😢😰这杯我和朋友尝了以后都马上想到在COA喝的那杯咸鲜“牛肉汤” ，但是Mystique更像是蔬菜汤hhhh……回味也是辣辣的。不过端上来的时候烟雾缭绕，蛮有造型。🧊still water$150 per drink➕10% service charge

見到佢轉咗新Menu， Bartender轉左，請左d新bartender, 以前我好鍾意呢間Cocktail bar, 覺得佢既cocktail 好有質素，話晒都係Asia’s 50 best, 但係而家嘅Cocktail嘅質素真係好差, 飲一啖已經唔想飲咁啱個bartender問我地覺得啲Cocktail點，我哋話唔好飲，於是佢幫我轉左一杯signature Cocktail，然後我發覺對比起以前我飲過嘅同一杯，質素差咗勁多，同以前冇得比, 相信佢應該好快跌出個排名

Ranked in the world’s top 50 bars, Quinary is all about inventive cocktails at eye-watering prices. Decor is posh and modern, with a polished presentation and excellent service. Bartenders are experts and craftsmen, dishing out top-tier if a little experimental cocktails. You’re not going to find your basic twist on a Manhattan here, but rather cocktails with ingredients like Parmesan cheese and pine needles. Sounds weird? Maybe, but the team and Quinary know what they’re doing, and have a dedicated clientele and respects it. An overlooked side note is the food: a large menu of bar snacks that are a cut above the usual, such as duck spring rolls and fried whitebait round out a great dining experience. Can’t miss.

因為想試嗰間酒吧冇位 ，見到呢間係亞洲五十大所以試吓。如果識人可以快啲入，唔識人嘅話喺門口等。試咗最出名嗰杯cavia，雖然好花巧，但係酒底同成件事完全唔夾，全晚試咗六杯最難飲。呢個價錢有服務，簡直係貼錢買難受。係friend就可以坐，唔係friend就飲1 round就要走。試咗最出名嗰杯 caviar，雖然好花巧，但係酒底同成件事完全唔夾，全晚試咗六杯最難飲。唯一可取嘅得杯champagne 加果肉，其他都係中等偏下水平。有個叫billy嘅bartender，你想知多啲問兩句，會寸你唔想答。呢個價錢有服務，簡直係貼錢買難受。（唔知 openrice 會唔會又話太多個人意見唔俾post，想問食評點樣唔係個人意願？呢個係用咗＄9xx飲咗兩round嘅真實感受，非打手。）
