To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本在OpenRice 預訂了14:45 兩位，我14:45去到時佢居然話已經收工截單，喺佢地個電腦喺睇到我個Booking，山旮旯咁遠行上去居然話咗截單，而Sorry都無句！ 真係嬲嬲地！ 大時大節真係唔好搏呢啲小店，會失望。

朋友介紹去到呢間餐廳，本應覺得餐廳地方很細，好在侍應帶我們去地牢那邊，可能地方比較隔涉，所以不會有太多人，食物質素尚算普通，但勝在員工亦算有禮，午餐價錢實惠，當中包括沙律，主食，甜品及咖啡，值得到此一遊的餐廳🍴。

不夠一星期，已經第二次拜訪了。上次不經意的在網上瀏覽，看見晚市第二位半價才試，誰知菜式的水準甚高，所以再來與好友慶祝生日飯。午市經openrice訂座有8折。加了$18飲南瓜湯，很值得加喔！濃郁的海鮮味與甜甜的南瓜很是配合，還有幾塊法包可加醋和油，只顧吃忘了拍照🤣🤣受中環OL歡迎的小店，與平日晚市人流相差很多。經過慢煮與醬汁的調配，厚切的豬排雖然有一點點硬🤏 ，仍是美味的。配菜也頗新奇，有芥蘭（還是菜心？），還有烤得剛好的椰菜花好味喔😋青口頗新鮮，食材的質素不錯👍🏻 個人認為意粉可以調濃一點，醬汁不太夠（愛濃味的我）。餐飲點了熱朱古力，太甜、味道一般不推薦。朋友點了熱茶（忘了是否洋甘菊），她很喜歡。總結這店在中環鬧市而言，性價比甚高，有折扣後實在是不錯的選擇。雖然離地鐵站有點距離，但經登山自動扶手樓梯乘2條，再行1-2分鐘就到了。
