紅茶冰室一直是大窩口的人氣店,每到午市必大排長龍。近日在其後面街開了分店,但今次不是冰室,而是茶餐廳,幸好不用排隊,即同一班同事入去開飯啦~新店比冰室光猛,寬敞舒適,餐單則以蒸炒海鮮/飯類為主,而缺少了冰室的特色菠蘿油及流心撻等等。雙拼飯(叉燒+貴妃雞),厚切叉燒肥美,肉汁豐富,加上惹味燒汁,嚐到鹹香及鮮甜味~ 貴妃雞肉質嫩滑爽腍,再沾上葱油吃,回味無窮~雙拼飯(燒肉+貴妃雞),同事也讚貴妃雞肉質滑溜;燒肉皮脆肉厚,但皮略硬;白飯軟硬適中 。常餐(招牌蜜汁叉燒湯意粉/公仔麵配炒蛋丹麥多士),兩位同事也讚蛋同冰室味道—様嫩滑富蛋香,多士香脆,麵質彈牙,湯底有濃厚叉燒味~整體質優味美,而且不用加一,大家的午餐都$50有找,抵食!
