啱晒!富豪坊嘅燒味叫我一試難忘!乳豬件脆皮香脆得嚟肉質又嫩滑,配上甜甜嘅蜜汁燒鱔,真係正👍!至於牛展粒同梅子石榴蓮霧,都係清新得嚟入口即溶,開胃到不得了!叉燒方面呢,嗰厚嘅肉片配上微鹹嘅醬汁,肉質細嫩得令人心頭好滿足!再講講金盞山葵牛柳粒,嚟緊!山葵味剛剛好,夠刺激但又不過分,牛肉再同蘆筍一齊入口,爽脆得嚟夠晒開胃!紫菜鳳卷同片皮雞就有得講喇,片皮雞真係外脆內嫩,醬汁酸甜適中,簡直係咁搞笑。而桃酥鳳尾蝦就真係夠晒惹味,果然係得嘅揀!自家豆腐配上牛肝菌,呢個組合新鮮唔膩口,夾埋菌香同豆香,味道正!至於酥炸豆沙香蕉球,外皮酥脆內裡香滑,喺甜品界絕對係一匹黑馬!喺富豪坊食飯,真係可以食得開心,食得滿意!🍴🍖🍰 continue reading

啱晒喜歡港式飲茶嘅朋友,我今次嘆咗富豪坊嘅點心,真係一試難忘🥢!蝦多士真係正點,酥脆外皮包住蝦膠,啖啖都係蝦味,一啖咬落去,熱烘烘、油香逼人,夠哂香、夠哂脆,完全停唔到口!炸物嘅水準都係出色,即叫即做,嚟得熱辣辣㗎!𩠆𩠆蝦餃嘅皮薄透亮,滿滿嘅蝦肉鮮甜得嚟汁液豐富,入口即溶,冇得輸!至於糯米雞,用心烹調,糯米入味,雞肉又嫩滑,係層次感豐富嘅美味佳餚。唔少得嘅豉椒鳳爪同燒賣,都係辣辣地撩撥緊我嘅味蕾,真係惹味過癮!👍呢度嘅壽桃包,外觀可愛又精緻,包著鹹香嘅蛋黃同甜滑嘅蓮蓉,實行係一個小小嘅驚喜。食落鬆化唔膩,令人回味無窮!飽餐一頓之後,都仲特登想配杯茶慢慢享受呢個完美嘅結局!啲嘢食好,環境正,服務都值得一讚。富豪坊,下次飲茶,我仲會再嚟㗎!💯 continue reading

九龍城富豪東方酒店,即舊機場富豪酒店,雖古舊但散發情懷,大堂的裝修地氈銅銹電梯戴有歷史。九龍城區酒樓地方不多,平時富豪坊總會有位,環境又不太嘈吵,偶爾三五個知己也會在此聚腳。酒店價,論一頓午飯而言,人均價約一百多塊,不算太貴,不過食物質素才是主要問題。普通點心,鳳爪排骨鮮蝦腸粉牛肉炸豆腐粒蘿蔔糕之類,普通應有的水準,不屬於期待的酒店貨式。若然要推選,反而酥炸鯪魚球及七味魷魚鬚這些炸物,可以一試。鯪魚球炸得剛好,蘸上蜆芥,酥香滑肉;魷魚鬚,未有很多炸粉,煙靭有嚼口,一碟份量也不少。方魚肉碎泡飯也很可取,湯底很淸甜,香芹芫荽葱花,令泡飯變得清新。每枱會送甜品綠豆沙或紅豆沙。紅豆沙很稠糊,當然未必有陳年果皮的香,但也好過一些水稀稀的紅豆冰。 continue reading

今年的農曆新年提早來臨,1月25日就是正月初一了,是時候要揀好餐廳準備團年或吃開年飯啦。想拿個好意頭,可以考慮富豪東方酒店的「富豪坊」,不但餐廳名字夠富貴,幾款賀年菜式一樣好意頭,供應期由1月10日至2月9日,有興趣的請看以下介紹咯。富貴撈起 $888,12位用過新年又怎可以缺少了「撈起」?這道由新加坡傳來的美食,近年在港大行其道,而且經過不斷改良,更符合港人口味,像富豪坊的這一款,拿走了魚生,換上了富貴的帶子和鮑魚,相信更合老人家心意。吃時將合桃、果仁、魚仔等灑到食物上,然後淋上酸咪咪的秘製麻汁,大家撈呀撈的,又熱鬧又開心,討個好意頭,皆大歡喜。年年有餘 (星斑貴魚卷) $328做節一定要有魚,年年有餘嘛,嫌一般蒸魚了無新意?這款就更有趣了,將星斑起肉,捲著三色燈籠椒,不單令魚卷更爽脆有口感,紅黃綠加起來更是色彩繽紛! 財源滾滾 (髪菜龍蝦球) $288髮菜原來不一定要配蠔豉,像這味財源滾滾,將龍蝦起肉,加入檸檬草、荸薺粒等打成龍蝦球,面頭加上少許髮菜,吃起來啖啖肉,爽口彈牙,還有lemon grass的清新氣息,是老少咸宜的菜式。好事齊來 (蜜餞煎金蠔) $268選用流浮山生曬金蠔,全部大大隻,口感豐盈,師傅將金蠔煎得外脆內軟,加上蜜糖的香甜,很想吃完再encore!砂鍋西施杞子烏雞滋補炒飯 $168 來到富豪坊,必點這個烏雞飯,屬招牌菜之一。烏雞一般用來煲湯,師傅卻一反傳統,用來炒飯,最驚訝是烏雞竟然可保持嫰滑,配以甜絲絲的杞子,確是出色;吃前服務員會在砂鍋上淋酒,酒香經熱力揮發,炒飯更添美味。 大展鴻圖海皇羹 $288,4位用如果是公司飯局,就一定要「大展鴻圖」了,這個海皇羹十分足料,裡面有花膠、帶子、蝦肉、蟹黃等等,正式的「黃到金」,實在是富貴之兆!上湯浸豆苗 $142想不到豆苗也做得很好,揀選了最幼嫰的部分,煮時加入火腿、雞油等,煮得入味,質感嫰滑,值得推介。 陳皮紅豆沙湯圓 免費最後餐廳送上了紅豆沙,大大粒紅豆特別有口感,湯圓是芝麻餡,煮得不會過甜,我爸爸是紅豆沙控,讓他多吃兩碗都不太罪過! continue reading

還有十多天便到農曆新年了,相信大家也忙著辦年貨過肥年吧!另外準備團年飯亦是頭痛之事!如果未有頭緒一於看看我介紹富豪坊的萬福富貴迎新歲賀年佳饌吧! 位於富豪東方酒店內的富豪坊是提供傳統粵菜佳餚的好地方,喜歡經典傳統口味的朋友便要來試試了! 賀年菜式中近年大熱可說是寓意風生水起的撈起!我們這天亦點來矜貴的富貴撈起$888足夠12位享用,選用了貌似元寶的鮑魚和帶子入饌,配上色彩繽紛的配菜和配料,襯上高師傅特調的麻醬吃既美味又好兆頭! 接下來是平常餐牌也有供應的大展鴻圖海皇羹,金黃的湯羹下滿載著海中鮮味帶上幽幽的胡椒香氣,喝罷令全身也暖粒粒很舒服。 緊接有年年有餘$328即星斑貴魚卷,師傅將鮮嫩的東星魚肉做成魚卷,加入健康清爽的三色椒絲在內,吃得美味之餘又方便好貼心喔! 之後有財源滾滾$288乃髮菜龍蝦球也!新鮮彈牙的龍蝦球加入髮菜和檸檬葉真夠創新,配上秘製醬汁吃酸甜可口。 還有我至愛的好事齊來$268蜜餞煎金蠔,選用本地生曬肥美飽滿的金蠔來炮製配以秘製甜美的蜜汁伴吃,微脆的裙邊加飽滿的口感真教人興奮不已,加上甜絲絲和鹹鮮的味道實在太誘人了! 我們當然不會放過美味再次品嚐的砂鍋西施杞子烏雞滋補炒飯$168/例牌的機會啦!炒飯材料包括有烏雞、杞子、蛋白等,上檯時將陳年花雕酒澆在熱騰騰的砂鍋蓋上即時香氣撲鼻,吃下烏雞肉質彈牙加上高師傅炒功了得依舊好吃得過份! 最後來碗有個Sweet名字的甜蜜慶團圓,紅豆沙煲至起沙質感超讚,而甜度亦調較得恰到好處,加上軟糯的芝麻湯圓絕對是最合適的團年飯甜品!萬福富貴迎新歲賀年佳饌供應期由即日至2月9日。 continue reading
