朋友好介紹。晚上係酒吧，日頭係正當人家。去到一點幾(中午)，舖面坐滿人，伙計帶左我們入廂房。都坐左幾檯人。朋友話:「餐牌唔駛睇，叫手撕雞啦！老火湯送既。」手撕雞配菜飯手撕雞做得非常好，雞肉嫩滑，入味，微辣，麻油飄香但不油膩，伴青瓜和菜，多種口感。飯煮得不太軟又不太硬，加入花生，非常香口。老火湯一坐低就自動奉上，沒味精，足料，夠火喉，不可錯過。整體上坐得適服，奇怪的是沒有聞到煙味。服務態度非常好。 continue reading
