To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣好好, 去咗將軍澳嘅海旁散步, 見到有間幾靚嘅海旁餐廳, 便入去試試, 或者我比較早所以冇乜人.嗌咗一個pizza, 見係廚師推介,都等咗一陣先有, 嚟到覺得佢係新鮮焗起, 超熱辣辣, 有超多料喺個面, 尤其是d芝士同菇, 個底係薄脆嗰種, 真係好好食之後嗌左個魚漢堡包加薯條, 佢啲魚柳都有兩大舊, 魚肉都好嫩滑, 同埋啲薯條係肥肥嗰種, 又脆又有口感!望住出邊海旁和陽光, 很寫意😊

book 了平日下午,到餐廳冇其他食客,只有我一枱2個人包場。 其實你坐在餐廳入面係望唔到出面嗰海嘅!叫咗一份青口比,汁太多,太咸。2份set lunch 味道一般: 三文魚沙律 由2片三文魚, 牛扒餐就似 大家樂早餐嗰件牛扒 加麥當勞嘅薯條囉。最差set lunch 甜品。不過職員嘅態度係ok嘅! 雖然餐廳冇其他客但係嗰個服務員都會喺你附近你一叫佢都會嚟到招呼你。仲諗住可以平日去可以慢慢享受環境和食物,但講真是有啲失望嘅!

明明book咗位 book咗outdoor位 但當日去到見到冇晒outdoor位 應該provided 曬比Walk in 所以我哋企咗喺出面等 同佢講要Indoor都算 點知喺出面企咗差唔多四個字 都未有人serve 明明餐廳入面有位 問佢哋我哋可唔可以坐 個職員答我哋: “please stand aside and don’t make a mess” . Sorry, we are speechless..Then we left. This was totally a bad attitude, do you know how to correctly treat a customer? We BOOKED the time. And now, you are sayung that we did not show up? Please show some respect. I think I need an explanation for this.

識我嘅人都知道,呢間係我嘅飯堂由將軍澳海濱開幕,佢已經係頭一兩間開嘅餐廳我好鍾意佢每日都有唔同嘅theme今次就專登約朋友星期四食飯,因為星期四係佢哋嘅steak night一如既往,我地嗌左Rib Eye + Beef Tenderloin 肉質真係非常鮮嫩配埋佢嘅醬每一啖我都食到嘩嘩聲最重要係,佢哋一啲都唔吝嗇牛扒嘅大細四百幾蚊食到兩塊好食嘅扒,仲要係喺海邊食,喺香港咁嘅石屎森林都唔知仲有邊度有佢哋每日都有唔同嘅主題,星期二係Burger Night, 好似平少少,如果大家有興趣,都可以揀下啲日子去食(不過如果坐出面食,就有機會惹到烏蠅)

今次去左將軍澳海賓長廊到散步順便睇下有咩食見到間西餐就入左去試下叫左BBQ 烤雞薄餅,燒烤醬味濃郁卻不會過膩,雞肉肉質嫩滑,薄餅口感軟熟,配上拉絲芝士、香烤蘑菇、紫洋蔥和燈籠椒,令香味昇華。醬汁燒排骨,侷得耐左少少,但醬汁惹味可口,排骨大大條,啖啖肉好滋味,燒得微焦的排骨邊脆口帶有一種獨特香味。香草番茄海鮮意大利飯最適合不好辣既屋企人,番茄味道濃郁,意大利飯吸收曬番茄、海鮮、雞湯既精華,同事食到番茄的甜味和海鮮的鮮味,飯粒口感算是不錯,再硬身少少就正。每次都抗拒唔到香辣蒜蓉白酒蜆肉意粉,呢間醬汁做得不錯,意粉滲滿蜆肉鹹香、酒香和蒜香,看似簡單既一道意粉,要煮得入味唔係一件易事。
