這餐廳都是經常去，現在覺得一次比一次差。要了肉眼和西冷牛排各一。落單時說明是5成熟。上枱時肉眼排就是8成熟。西冷就是全熟。這次已經不是第一次。上次投訴過都無用。而且沙律菜一點都不新鮮薯條以前是粗條，現在是麥當勞的薯條。感覺這餐廳跟本就是每況愈下。現在將軍澳南有那麼多新餐廳，如果這店不改進，很好就會關門了！

我覺得呢個飯幾好食，waitress 一擺落嚟呢就已經聞到好香，食落都好多汁, 份量都算大分嘅。如果幾個人share嚟食都唔會話太濟，但一個人自己食就幾heavy。

我經open rice app book 左18:00 7位，我家人準時18:00先到，但疑似老闆就話我家人早到，並話我地係book 7點，期間係咁話我家人早到搞亂左佢booking，當時我家人不知我有cap screen booking time 於family WhatsApp group，老闆一直比說話我家人聽，並安排左一張8人台我家人先就坐。隨後有另一台客大約6-8人到左，該客人問老闆點解佢地個枱要咁細張，阿老闆即刻又比說話我家人聽，大聲話我家人book 7點但早到搞到佢地安排錯左。隨後6:15我與其他家人到齊，show 左open rice booking record比佢地，但阿老闆仲話係我地錯，係佢地個app我地係book 7點。其實我地book 18:00 7位，都幾大機會係佢地睇錯7點，由於個位老闆比左好多說話我家人聽，我家人要求佢口頭道歉，阿老闆即刻話自己不會道歉，並送贈一句fxxx you比我家人，我地即刻離場。此餐廳的待客之道非常差劣，雖然顧客不會永遠是對，但在我們有埋booking record此老闆仍要面並送贈我們一句fxxx you，只能祝福此餐廳快d愈做

    疫情下出外食嘢都要諗諗先，選擇戶外餐廳比較穩陣。所以我哋都係選擇咗將軍澳南位於海濱蘇豪區的戶外食肆抖抖氣食吓嘢，務求食得安心。嗰度有一排食肆都幾開陽，有室內及戶外坐。我哋選擇咗其中一間西餐廳，嗰度啲餐廳多數都可以帶狗狗，所以都好多愛狗之人幫襯。餐廳食物嘅份量都幾大份，味道都達標，而且價錢可以接受。炸魚薯條嘅炸魚好大塊，皮脆肉嫩，剛炸起熱謄騰。芒果大蝦沙律份量都唔細，幾fresh, 不過大蝦應該係用雪蝦，夠彈牙但冇乜蝦味。坐喺陽光下，食吓嘢飲杯青檸梳打，食個休閒午餐都算唔錯！

    禁晚市前的最後聚會，見到有Steak Night，心儀咗好耐，今晚撞到就係你啦，個餐有牛扒、豬排骨、羊架選擇，當然要試下牛！個餐係唔包飲品，另外加錢，要咗杯White house Wine ，普通的白酒，不是我的口味$328 只是兩個扒，配基本薯條，飲品唔包，可以加錢轉甜薯，加錢配啤酒，抵唔抵見人見智🙂

    One of the waitresses have a bad attitude in getting people to pay.  I said I will pay by Apple Pay and therefore need to pay at the till. Told the waitress that I will pay after finishing my drink considering she was still getting the rest of  the tables to pay.She insisted that I go up and pay right then. When I complained to the old man that was doing all the checks all he said “nothing I do”, then to add to it when I said that I wasn’t happy with the customer service that I will be posting o

    When I complained to the old man that was doing all the checks all he said “nothing I do”, then to add to it when I said that I wasn’t happy with the customer service that I will be posting online he said go ahead and fine if I didn’t go back. 

    Great attitude and customer service isn’t it?
