跟朋友衝入SOHO新開嘅餐廳，頭盤就係麵豉湯，暖笠笠嘅，順滑嘅湯入口就覺得暖笠笠。炸蓮藕片嘅脆度仲可以，炸得金黃色嘅蓮藕片，咬落去脆卜卜，配枝豆蓉，鮮香又滑滑。Beef Tempura Gyoza就真係俾個掂嘅評價，牛肉餡口感紮實，佐上Tsune Mayo沙律醬，個味道勁正點，啲皮一啖咬落去超有滿足感。Chicken skin Gyoza就真係好出彩，原來雞皮可以咁脆口，唔會油膩，搭上自家調配嘅蒜香醬油，味道層次分明。而Minced Toro classic hand roll，依個真係勁搶鏡，一手卷飽滿嘅拖羅蓉，新鮮到喺口裡化開，個飽滿真係過癮。Rainbow roll則可以話係視覺同味覺嘅雙重享受，三文魚、吞拿魚同牛油果樣樣鮮美，唔愛怎樣得喎！今次嘅小試牛刀大成功，店內格局都舒服，坐低就可以幾個鐘唔覺得攰。下次見仲要試多幾款卷呀，超期待！🍣🍲🌈 continue reading
