To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個份量真係好足，本身我哋擔心牛扒會好細塊，所以想叫兩份，但好彩有貼心嘅店員同我哋講牛扒可以叫一份，因為都頗大🥩大家都可以睇到，除咗份量足之外亦都煎得岩岩好.小朋友見到都即刻舐定脷先🤣♥️呢碟就係佢哋供應比毛孩嘅鮮食，份量都係好足㗎..意粉都係唔錯🍝💕今次我哋一家係喺夜晚嚟，所以大家有時都可以夜晚一家大細去ROOOT撐吓枱腳

路過南豐紗廠，見到Rooot Bling Bling的餐廳🍴外觀就入去了☺️叫了一份All Day Breakfast和黑松露鮮奶咖啡☕️不油膩加上健康的沙律🥗菜😍還有一杯香口的心心咖啡☕️過了一個Chill Chill的下午！感恩💖食物方面，除了經典的炒蛋培根，還有黑松露帶出鮮味，新鮮的沙拉也增添了整個All Day Breakfast的層次感🤩店員的餐具回收提醒也讓人感到親切，提升用餐體驗☺️！

門口已經貼左好多藝人相，原來呢間會有live band show。睇黎啲相係藝人黎過開show再留底倩影。野食既份量其實算少，而且都係自助形式。最值得黎係因為有live band，而且可以帶寵物黎。所以如果夜晚係荃灣無地方去，又想帶狗狗坐下cafe，聽下音樂，都係一個好選擇。

第一次同狗狗🐕、狗狗爸爸嚟呢間寵物友善餐廳。餐廳提供一個~$500的2人餐，但素菜🌱選擇有限，有啲自選項目要額外加錢（如跟黑松露野菌意粉🍝+$30），計落唔係平好多，所以最後散叫。港式梅菜豚肉丸和風咖喱飯🍛：賣相同咖哩的味道一般；狗狗爸爸話肉丸🧆有梅菜味道，雖然呢個中日混合幾特別，但如果將梅菜肉餅的用料搓成肉丸，份量應該比碟上的4粒肉丸大，所以感覺係噱頭>實際，而個份量對男人嚟講，應該唔太夠烤椰菜花扒配炒野菌🥦：單約論價錢（$128），CP值係好低，因為椰菜花都平，呢個size可能$5有找。但係外食難得有健康菜式🌱，加上佢味道好👍🏻，飽肚感足，可以推介❕凍朱古力🥤：色水好淡，但朱古力味都👌🏻，只係過甜，未至於伏，但唔係太值（寵物🐶🐱鮮食）鴨肉🦆：如果餐廳有pet menu，我哋一般都會點俾狗狗🐕。呢度的pet food係寄賣，餐廳只負責翻熱，食物唔平，鴨肉$89，不過只要狗狗食得開心😋就得啦整體嚟講，餐廳係贏環境，店內佈飾色彩繽紛，適合打卡；有個戴冷㡌的男店員非常熱情，呢啲都係加分位。部分食物有啲特色，亦幾好食，只係份量一般；餐廳所有食具都係即棄，好唔環保🫣。如果當係外賣咁睇，食物的性價比好低。不過，嚟得都係愛狗之人，最重要係狗狗受到尊重❤️，所以好難用評價一般餐廳的標準去看待。最後，餐廳有2大扣分位🥲：（1）呢度連要1杯清水都要俾錢💸餐廳買咗隻紙杯先；（2）出去拎狗狗的餐食時，我問遞俾我的店員啲食物會唔會太熱🔥，佢話唔清楚，唔介意的話可以攞餐具幫我篤入食物度試下溫度。差唔多$90份餐，連翻熱後的溫度🌡️係咪適合狗狗即時進食都唔知，有少少唔專業。🐕狗狗食評：嘩哈哈😃😃😃，今日我有自己個餐呀🍽️！爸爸、媽媽話俾我揀食乜，原本我㨂咗駝鳥肉肉，等媽媽俾完錢，餐廳先話冇貨🥲，要我轉食鴨肉🦆，不過，我都食得滋味既😋。餐廳入面除咗有一區我唔入得🚫，其餘地方我都可以行下，都幾free。另外，餐廳仲有尿墊供應，不過我乖乖，冇痾到~
