To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到 Rooot，感覺餐廳環境簡約清新，坐低一刻已經覺得好舒服，啱晒想試吓新口味嘅我。今次我點咗佢哋嘅招牌菜同飲品喇沙海鮮意粉呢道菜一上枱，香辣嘅喇沙味即刻撲鼻，刺激到味蕾即刻醒晒！意粉煮得彈牙，吸滿咗濃郁嘅喇沙湯汁，椰香同辣椒嘅味道好平衡，香得嚟又唔會太嗆。海鮮陣容好豐富，有蝦、蜆同魷魚，每款都新鮮彈口，咬落去鮮味爆棚，係一道好有衝擊力嘅菜式。羽衣甘藍青瓜蘋果汁飲料一飲落去，清新嘅青瓜同蘋果味即刻中和咗喇沙嘅辣度，帶點自然嘅清甜同微酸，解渴之餘仲好解辣，配搭呢款香辣意粉真係完美。

個份量真係好足，本身我哋擔心牛扒會好細塊，所以想叫兩份，但好彩有貼心嘅店員同我哋講牛扒可以叫一份，因為都頗大🥩大家都可以睇到，除咗份量足之外亦都煎得岩岩好.小朋友見到都即刻舐定脷先🤣♥️呢碟就係佢哋供應比毛孩嘅鮮食，份量都係好足㗎..意粉都係唔錯🍝💕今次我哋一家係喺夜晚嚟，所以大家有時都可以夜晚一家大細去ROOOT撐吓枱腳

路過南豐紗廠，見到Rooot Bling Bling的餐廳🍴外觀就入去了☺️叫了一份All Day Breakfast和黑松露鮮奶咖啡☕️不油膩加上健康的沙律🥗菜😍還有一杯香口的心心咖啡☕️過了一個Chill Chill的下午！感恩💖食物方面，除了經典的炒蛋培根，還有黑松露帶出鮮味，新鮮的沙拉也增添了整個All Day Breakfast的層次感🤩店員的餐具回收提醒也讓人感到親切，提升用餐體驗☺️！
