一直都想去幫襯這裡的招牌燒雞,聞說以前夏蕙姨也是常客,她也特別❤️這兒的燒🐔。其實今年農曆年初五上過去,點知摸門釘。今日5.1,一於拉老公一齊去擦雞雞吧!去到時大約十二點,不用等位(可能因為天雨🌧️關係,少咗人出街。)看了一陣餐牌,決定叫一份燒雞午餐及一個黯然消魂飯(因餐牌上寫住Must Eat),於是都想試吓。只雞一上枱,好吸睛。因為燒得好靚(金黃色),一邊切一邊冒煙,真係剛剛燒起,熱騰騰好好味。🐓🐓皮薄多汁又嫩滑,真係不錯,個薯仔沙律也好好味!至於個叉燒蛋飯,個蛋比叉燒出色。個叉燒塊塊都厚切,吃時口感好好,但嫌它有點兒瘦。不過整體不難吃(但又不能稱得上叫「好吃」)。整體來講,是次用餐都幾滿足。食物质量幾好,而且收拾枱面的阿姐成日唔該前唔該後,都幾寬容。不過,請注意:這裡是從地面步行上一層才到達的茶餐廳。我相信沒有電梯上去。如攜同老人家👵🏻👴🏻或坐輪椅的人士,應該不太方便。

去到時大約十二點,不用等位(可能因為天雨🌧️關係,少咗人出街。)


看了一陣餐牌,決定叫一份燒雞午餐及一個黯然消魂飯(因餐牌上寫住Must Eat),於是都想試吓。


只雞一上枱,好吸睛。因為燒得好靚(金黃色),一邊切一邊冒煙,真係剛剛燒起,熱騰騰好好味。



🐓🐓皮薄多汁又嫩滑,真係不錯,個薯仔沙律也好好味!


至於個叉燒蛋飯,個蛋比叉燒出色。個叉燒塊塊都厚切,吃時口感好好,但嫌它有點兒瘦。不過整體不難吃(但又不能稱得上叫「好吃」)。


整體來講,是次用餐都幾滿足。食物质量幾好,而且收拾枱面的阿姐成日唔該前唔該後,都幾寬容。



不過,請注意:

這裡是從地面步行上一層才到達的茶餐廳。我相信沒有電梯上去。



如攜同老人家👵🏻👴🏻或坐輪椅的人士,應該不太方便。

星期六两點半經過湾仔,本來想去一間老店食下午茶,就到目的地却見到薔红廣告,餐牌好似好吸引,不如就上去試吓,上到一樓,地方都算大,坐低叫咗個一口西多、乾炒牛河,奶茶同红豆冰,首先嚟嘅一口西多,外表好吸引,食落都幾好食,乾炒牛河就比較肥,碟底都見到油,牛肉就好似落咗好多粉處理,但味道都Ok。最失望就係奶茶,外觀奶嘅份量適中,不過嚴重缺乏茶味,可以講奶茶未達水平。红豆冰就不過不失,算幾好飲,有啲特色用维他奶。總體尚可,食物都可以算中等水平,只係未試過佢出名嘅燒春雞,下次可以試吓。

同朋友行街行到肚餓,帶我過黎食下午茶,話呢間燒春雞好好食好出名。黎到樓下發現8、9年前係附近返工都有食過呢間餐廳😂入到去見好多人都食燒春雞,我同朋友都唔例外,我就配意粉加凍檸茶。出餐都非常快,好快就有得食餐廳有提供膠手套,隻雞熱到辣手😂另外又比左甜辣醬同淮鹽黎點,所以唔會好易食到厭。隻雞熱辣辣又嫩又多汁,配埋個意粉勁飽,晚餐都唔洗食😂埋單$98,下午茶黎講唔平,但有半隻雞又有意粉,所以食到好滿足好滿意🤣

要排隊的茶餐廳並不太多, 在樓上鋪又要排隊的就少之又少. 薔紅在灣仔是特別的存在, 說是茶餐廳, 提供的除了一般碟頭飯和扒類外, 也有很多意想不到的菜式. 單單是其燒春雞, 就變成這裏的名物, 除了大件抵食外, 其質素絕對不比一般酒樓的粵式炸子雞遜色. 雞皮酥脆, 雞肉嫩滑多汁, 而且醃得夠味, 沒有任何調味也夠惹味, 食法當然是雙手拿起, 盡情地撕咬.除了春雞外, 其牛腩也很不錯, 份量不少, 肉質爽彈多汁, 不會太肥也不會太乾, 秘製的麻辣汁麻度和辣度剛好, 送飯也很不錯, 半碟的菜甫也不是茶餐廳常見之物, 取代三色豆, 味道層次更為豐富. 避風塘豬手蒜粒夠多也夠惹味, 略嫌有點乾, 豬皮夠脆但可以在内裡更黏一點.

薔紅嘅燒雞絕對可以稱得上為灣仔名物皮脆肉嫩,非常之出名👍🏻 無論晏晝定係夜晚都會多人幫襯就知有幾好受歡迎😍燒雞跟餐有得揀飯、意粉、薯條,當時因為想食薯條,所以揀咗薯條🍟🤤 不過食完之後,我又唔建議大家揀薯條喎🫢 唔係因為佢個薯條唔好食,而係因為隻雞超級Juicy🤣 當你撕開隻雞嘅時候佢會爆曬啲汁,非常多而且之後仲會繼續有雞油流出,個量多到係會浸淋曬啲薯條,有啲浪費晒🤨
