之前有幫襯開大埔店,粉嶺店光猛,樓底又高,坐得好舒服。粉嶺店開咁耐,幫襯咗咁耐。我最鍾意食佢嘅安格斯肉眼扒、德國咸豬手。德國咸豬手非常正,外皮炸得好脆卜卜,肉質嫩滑,唔會太鹹,配埋滑溜溜嘅薯蓉,嬴唔少係市區嘅西餐廳。安格斯肉眼扒,俾貴啲都值,煎得靚,安格斯牛味亦夠香。另外意粉調味出色,唔同一般西餐廳,绝冇投訴。就算午餐嘅牛扒亦好食。價錢公道,食物質素好。飲品方面,咖啡唔錯,要加錢!而且又有靚啤酒賣!係港島、九龍嘅朋友,入粉嶺行一行龍躍頭文物徑,行完沿龍躍頭排坊步行7-8分鐘左右就到。好方便。另外粉嶺火車站有專線小巴停係餐廳所在商場門口。 continue reading

喺呢度食過幾次,之前食過佢嘅黑松露意粉,我嘅評語係呢個價位最好食嘅黑松露意粉!🤤-每次既服務態度好好今日去到要等位,去咗隔籬舖頭睇嘢,個侍應特登行出嚟拍我話有位,搞到我都唔好意思🙈-Set Lunch叫咗 紐西蘭頂級PS草飼肉眼牛扒配黑椒汁加薯條(仲配埋沙律或餐湯二選一、飲品)-首先嚟咗是日餐湯:甘筍忌廉湯🥣正常發揮嘅餐湯然後到主菜肉眼扒配薯條🍽️,肉眼扒唔係茶記嗰啲薄薄一片,(當然未去到扒房嘅厚切),薯條份量好多,新鮮炸好,好好食👍🏻牛扒切開仲有肉汁流出嚟,而且唔係一般"拿"到變晒味嘅牛扒,好有牛味,$89一個set嚟計真係超值🫶🏻美中不足係成塊牛扒唔係均一厚薄,大概有¼位置Overcooked😕飲品都係正常發揮,唔多講-結論💬午餐嚟講,呢一個價位嘅西餐真係物超所值,食咗幾次都好滿意💖價位唔太貴,服務質素好,食物出品唔錯❣️商場仲有泊車優惠 continue reading

上星期假日,我同朋友終於去咗粉嶺嘅Route 83(逸峯商場)試吓呢間好評如潮嘅西餐廳。呢度裝潢真係一絕,結合咗現代同復古風格,環境舒適,座位唔算多但擺設寬敞,感覺好relax。先講食物,必試推介就係佢地嘅德國鹹豬手。外皮炸得好脆,肉質嫩滑,唔會太鹹,配埋滑溜溜嘅薯蓉,真係一流!而且薯蓉仲有啲薯仔粒,口感豐富,唔會太膩。唯一可惜嘅係上菜時唔夠熱,但味道真係冇得彈。另外我哋仲試咗龍蝦汁意粉,意粉煮得啱啱好,軟硬度適中,龍蝦汁酸酸甜甜好開胃,雖然龍蝦肉質一般,但整體嚟講都係值得一試嘅。最後當然唔少得甜品,芝士蛋糕真係出乎意料咁好食,芝士味香濃,而且口感滑溜,仲有啲酸酸嘅蘋果粒,食完有種清新嘅感覺,完美收尾。整體嚟講,Route 83係一間性價比極高嘅西餐廳,食物質素唔錯,價錢合理,環境又好,適合朋友聚餐或者約會。下次我一定會再嚟試埋佢地其他嘅招牌菜! continue reading

龍蝦汁煮藍青口汁嘅味道酸酸地 都幾開胃青口Overcooked咗 所以啲肉係唔滑味道都OK嘅,有青口嘅甜味冇腥味蒜蓉包係夠脆嘅,但係好可惜係凍德國鹹豬手佢嘅鹹豬手個皮可以整到夠鬆脆切開咗一件件,食嘅時候好方便酸菜加埋一齊會令到成個口感清爽啲冇咁油膩亦都冇咁鹹好友驚喜佢個薯蓉,除咗有泥狀夠滑之外仲有啲薯仔粒粒綿得來保留返有啲口感好香濃嘅薯仔味,鹹味亦都啱啱好但係都係好可惜,上菜嘅時候係唔熱嘅!芝士焗龍蝦配龍蝦汁意粉首先講吓隻龍蝦,唔好有大期望肉質係好梅嘅,而且冇乜芝士味反而意粉有驚喜,軟硬度啱啱好個汁又係大有蕃茄少少酸而且有龍蝦汁嘅濃味加埋一齊係香濃得來唔會膩!美式咖啡有基本拉花襯埋佢隻杯都幾靚但係咖啡唔夠香濃 味道偏甘 唔係偏酸是日芝士蛋糕呢個都係有驚喜夠重芝士香味,而且夠滑入邊有啲蘋果粒粒,酸酸地好鍾意,食完係有一種清新嘅感覺第一次食呢間餐廳,食物質素都唔錯價錢都抵嘅!除左座卡位外,啲位就窄啲!下次再試吓睇吓可唔可以高水準先! continue reading
