朋友搬咗入鴨脷洲多時,我一直都未有空拜訪。直至星期一我去開金鐘做嘢,咁就的起心肝約佢吧🙈。佢帶咗我去利東商場嘅「御名園」食晚飯,就咁睇門面完完全全係一間街坊酒家👀。不過可能正正係街坊店嘅關係,部長以至店員們嘅服務態度都超好👍,人情味特濃,佢哋禮貌好到令我有啲唔好意思,哈哈。星期一晚上唔算太多人,但都叫做坐滿個大廳。餐廳做街坊生意,定價自然大眾化,佢提供大量晚飯優惠小菜以供選擇,價格分別為$58、$68及$78。其實仲平過茶餐廳嗌餸食飯囉‼️,如果酒樓開喺我樓下,我同屋企人一定會成日去食。鮑魚汁扣原件花膠($28.8/件),我哋茶都未開之際,店員就已經推介一定要食花膠😜。我本身唔特別好,但見個震撼價真係好鬼平,就一於唔好蝕底。花膠扒好大件,一人一件都要用煲仔飯個煲先放得落!花膠炆到超軟綿,膠原蛋白滿滿,仲吸哂鮑汁嘅味道,好惹味啊。我哋仲特意留低個汁陣間再食。題外話,店員見花膠放耐咗,仲主動提議幫我哋滾返熱佢🔥,服務非常細心。生猛西澳洲龍蝦配上湯焗伊麵底($338/隻),澳洲龍蝦最近賣得平咗好多🦞,但酒樓賣呢個價近乎同自己買料煮差唔多,性價比極高。餐牌寫龍蝦約有一斤四両重,我覺得甚至唔止添。

生猛西澳洲龍蝦配上湯焗伊麵底($338/隻),澳洲龍蝦最近賣得平咗好多🦞,但酒樓賣呢個價近乎同自己買料煮差唔多,性價比極高。餐牌寫龍蝦約有一斤四両重,我覺得甚至唔止添。龍蝦足以拆成十幾球,仲要全部都大大嚿,食龍蝦食到飽真係第一次🤣。

西澳龍蝦比波士頓龍蝦好食😋,肉質爽彈,味道鮮甜。另外,亦講多少少兩者嘅分別,西澳品種嘅蝦頭同蝦尾相對較細,肉身則飽滿,好多人仲拎佢嚟做刺身添。咁樣足以証明西澳龍蝦喺龍蝦界嘅地位亦唔輕🇦🇺。

餐廳嘅烹調方法係用上湯焗製,配伊麵底🍜。高湯鹹香十足,芡汁唔會過笠,而且並沒有蓋過龍蝦嘅鮮味呢!伊麵喺底索哂啲精華,邪惡到不得了🤤。本身驚未必食得哂,但太好味,一啖接一啖,不知不覺間就將佢KO咗。

黑椒蔥爆安格斯牛柳粒($158),牛柳粒就相對無咁大碟,純粹因為其他幾樣係巨無霸先有對比🆚。調味方面,幸好無乜蔥臭,黑椒味強,會刺激喉嚨,但又好爽,令人又愛又恨。🐮即使重口味,不過都食到牛味,而肉質就唔算好嫩,但亦都唔韌。牛柳粒以外嘅配菜好過癮,特別係白色一條條嗰啲🤍。原本以為係大蔥,但咬落口感爽脆,仲有啲拉絲出現添。咦咁似曾相識嘅,中心位置更有好多個孔,無錯佢係同蓮藕有關,叫做「藕藤」。首次食佢大感新奇,令我印象深刻。

瑤柱海味雜菜煲($68),呢度連雜菜煲都足料過人🍲,擺盤仲好整齊同靚靚。各式食材鋪滿個煲,最矚目嘅一定係面頭堆瑤柱絲同蝦米,另外仲有🥦西蘭花、菜芯、白菜、竹笙、冬菇、木耳同腐竹等,超豐富呢💚。蔬菜並無煮到老哂,味道恰到好處,濃淡適中,而煲底原來更隱藏咗大量粉絲,粉絲好入味,食埋佢感覺就完整了☺️。

最後,餐廳仲會奉送糖水俾每位客人,糖水好有誠意,並唔係普通嘅紅綠豆沙,而係木瓜紅棗燉雪耳💕。每盅均係熱辣辣,味道清甜,用咁多料煲,滋潤度爆登。不過我已經好飽,就放棄咗無食埋啲渣。另一邊廂,留意返晚市茶芥每位$15,正常水平🍵。

總括嚟講,御名園實而不華,憑煮出美味菜式同提供優質服務,已經能捉住客人嘅心💯。餐牌上寫住「皇者之風.百姓滋味」,而家諗落都真係幾貼題。雖然我哋最終埋單都唔平,因為食咗龍蝦,不過豐儉由人啦,齋食小菜亦得。基本上每個部份我哋都好滿意,唯一就係略嫌餐廳個冷氣弱咗少少囉🥵,但問題不大!
