To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 就揀左呢間集團的酒家,諗住簡單一家人食餐生日飯。就單點餸菜,決定唔叫餐!
起初啲餸菜都冇咩問題,到上蒸魚時,
明明點左龍躉斑,點知上菜時嚟左一條不知名嘅魚,亞女部長仲要話龍躉斑今日冇貨,冇貨都唔係是但蒸條魚出嚟嘛!🙄
比我地取消左條魚後,到個龍蝦伊麵就出事喇!
$388的龍蝦伊麵,點都會有啲睇頭啩,但係.....佢地嚟左碟咁嘅野,碟龍蝦伊麵我地食都冇食過,似人地食淨多啲囉!全部都係殼不止,仲要件件都黑蚊蚊,想點先?我地唔係叫$88喎.
立即同另一男部長反映,反映後男部長都馬上作出更換,但都已經失去哂信心了!
埋單時記得真係要check單,我地6個大人3個小朋友(5歲以下)1個手抱bb,佢收左我地11人茶錢,如果唔睇單都真係唔知!
唉,開開心心生日飯,食到一肚氣!
原先冇諗過會有咁嘅經驗,都係一家人聚埋食餐普通飯,所以啲餸菜都冇影相!
蝦餃爽口彈牙,而且大隻,價錢合理$13.8有三隻。
炒飯炒得太乾,味道一般但多料。
成個場好似無侍應咁,完全無人理。
同樣是下午茶時段,除左叫左少量點心,亦都試下點佢既肉絲煎面(無錯,係「煎」面),意外地好食,特別係如果鐘意食平時肉絲炒面喺側面脆口既面餅,佢煎得岩岩好,唔會太焦太油。中間既面底同啲料一齊食又唔會太鹹。
而家喺出面茶餐廳午餐食個炒粉面飯都係差唔多既價錢(30尾到40頭),而肉絲炒面亦都唔係好多間餐廳煮得好食,一係就太濕,太鹹,或者太乾,分佈得唔平均。但呢間酒樓既價錢雖然稍貴,但係個質素係值得。
至於其他點心,同肉絲煎面相比就有少少失色,質素都比較參差。特別係香芒糯米卷,入面係完全無味(用啫哩粉開水都比佢有味道),鮮蝦菜苗餃亦都退步左少少,唔知點解會加左啲薑喺入面,同菜苗味道好唔夾。至於蝦餃都係真材實料,大大粒既蝦肉喺入面。
整體黎講,今餐都算係唔錯,大家下次去酒樓不妨都可以試下點佢既炒粉面飯,話唔定會有驚喜!
紅燒乳鴿會係我大力推薦既菜式,咬落肉汁好夠,唔似平時其他地方既乳鴿太油太乾,下午茶市都只係19蚊有2隻,十分抵食。
鮮蝦菜苗餃亦都係另一個唔錯既點心,可能係而家冬天,菜苗當造,食落啲菜苗好香口。塊皮亦都好薄好滑,夾既時候要小心啲,好易夾爛。唯一有啲小小負評就係佢「鮮蝦」既份量太少,每隻餃得一粒蝦仔(感覺係將一隻蝦切粒,分左入4隻餃咁 =.=)
蝦餃,正常發揮,令人感動既係終於食到一隻完整既蝦!! (同上面個菜苗餃比較之下)
至於咸水角,望落去唔太油,都還可以,不過除左老豆之外都無人食,我自己一見到啲油物就覺得唔太健康,所以唔想食。
叉燒腸發揮都係正常,至少啲腸粉食落有咬口,唔係「好爛皮,黐哂牙」嗰種感覺,用料都足,其實唔落鼓油都已經夠味。(個人覺得落左鼓油比較鹹)
白灼西生菜,菜本身都幾難唔好食,唔... 其實喺酒樓食菜真係唔抵。
仲有其他點心,不過由於我掛住食乳鴿,所以唔記得影相,以下逐一做個簡評。
山竹牛肉球:牛肉落喼汁好食,不過食到啲枝竹有少少怪味,阿媽話可能係縮左,所以最後我地無食哂啲枝竹。
古綿馬拉糕:鬆軟香甜,好食!
香麻流沙包:一開始睇錯左以為係「奶皇包」,原來係「芝麻包」,不過都好食,芝麻香甜,咬落包度真係有流沙既口感。
本來點左個蘿蔔糕,但食哂所有點心,茶壺既水都飲埋,等多15分鐘都係無黎,於是最後出去埋單嗰時取消番個點單。
最後埋單盛惠$194.5,飲茶黎講都算OK啦!
位於企業廣場1期的皇室1號,平日是不少區內白領的飯堂。但到了晚上,該區的人流主要集中在megabox, 令這裡相對較靜。正因如此,晚上訂枱食飯也較容易,適合大夥兒聚會!
是次一行多人,點了套餐,有魚,蝦,鮑魚,雞,鴿,菜等等。由於時間關係,我將之集埋一碟:
當然,套餐還有其他菜,如乳鴿,花膠燴花菇等,甚是豐富!最重要的是,大伙兒可以開開心心大吃一頓,渡過一個愉快的晚上!
今次係同事提議再去,其他食物都同以前一樣,只係今次食咗個糖醋煎麵,又直係幾好食喎,賣相都唔錯,值得推介一下。
