下午茶時段先放飯!返工已經夠攰,想極速食晏晝,順便坐低抖抖所以最後揀咗呢一間茶餐廳,唔需要等位,一去到就可以直接入座! 叫咗一碟鹹魚雞粒炒飯,5分鐘之內上碟🤣啱晒我呢啲又趕時間,又想食好野嘅人😝【鹹魚雞粒炒飯】呢碟鹹魚雞粒炒飯,$48連野飲,大大碟,分量超多! 我都食唔晒🙈 下次一定要叫少飯師傅嘅功架都唔錯,炒得好有鑊氣! 飯炒得乾身,一粒粒! 雞肉同鹹魚嘅比例啱啱好,唔會太少餸,剩係得飯~下次放飯,會再嚟呢度食👍🏻👍🏻

呢碟鹹魚雞粒炒飯,$48連野飲,大大碟,分量超多! 我都食唔晒🙈 下次一定要叫少飯
師傅嘅功架都唔錯,炒得好有鑊氣! 飯炒得乾身,一粒粒! 雞肉同鹹魚嘅比例啱啱好,唔會太少餸,剩係得飯~

下次放飯,會再嚟呢度食👍🏻👍🏻

行街行到攰,見到渣甸坊呢個小巷有間茶餐廳,下午茶有炸脾食,決定坐低食完再行。老闆娘話點炸脾的話要等大約20分鐘,心諗:唔係掛,餓死呢。原來係因為佢哋炸脾係「生炸」,一定要咁多時間先得,由於我實在太想食我決定等!上檯一刻飄來陣陣炸脾香尾,外層炸到金黃色唔會太燶,一咬就感受到佢係幾咁脆,裡面D肉依然好嫩滑,最加分係唔會好油,食完都唔會頂住曬,炸脾都幾大件,所以食完大滿足!一間茶餐廳可以咁堅持做「生炸」,我撐呀~~如果大家下次去銅鑼灣口痕的話,不妨畀個機會佢~

上檯一刻飄來陣陣炸脾香尾,外層炸到金黃色唔會太燶,一咬就感受到佢係幾咁脆,裡面D肉依然好嫩滑,最加分係唔會好油,食完都唔會頂住曬,炸脾都幾大件,所以食完大滿足!一間茶餐廳可以咁堅持做「生炸」,我撐呀~~如果大家下次去銅鑼灣口痕的話,不妨畀個機會佢~

今晚和C9 朋友來了渣甸坊,掃下衣履鞋襪,掃完街已到了天黑晚飯開餐時段,便近近地入了駿景餐室醫下肚啊一入門口,地方雖不大,但室內裝潢雅緻,感覺很有特色。店員非常親切有禮,招呼我們坐下後,更細心地介紹他們的撚手小菜。原來他們的縂廚,是曾任百樂酒樓的大廚,那就一定要試試他的廚藝啦我們點了鴨腿飯、炒白菜仔,及煎蠔餅。整體來說,小菜款式似酒樓出品,質素高,用料足,廚師手藝一流,招呼好,坐得舒服,下次會再來試試其他小菜鴨腿飯$55 簡直超值,原隻鴨腿,飯大大碗店員細心地準備了刀义湯料很有驚喜,用了黨參、北芪、紅棗、𣏌子、淮山、圓肉、薑片,用料很足吖煎蠔餅入口熱辣辣,及脆卜卜,很有地道風味炒菜鑊氣夠

餐廳係新開張,燈火通明,位置闊落坐得舒服。幫襯左午市,我叫左個蒸魚飯,朋友hea諗就要左個香茅豬扒飯。因為附近無乜茶記會賣蒸魚飯,所以特登試下。份魚一上到枱,我朋友第一句就話:乜咁大份啊,事實以銅鑼灣區黎講48蚊有咁嘅份量係好抵食。一路食一路研究下個餐牌,有好多嘢想試,炒天使麵、貴妃鷄飯同埋蠔仔湯飯等。其實選擇係好多,以我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人黎講,唯有逐樣試,盡量食齊咁多款。不得不提,仲有樣好特別嘅菜式。特餐入面其中有款沙嗲牛肉係唔出奇,但望到有個“喇沙海鮮銀針粉“就唔同喇,仲要配埋春卷。都咪話唔夠心思,同區平民茶記我諗都無乜邊間會有得食。
