This has become my favourite bakery for bread these days but their branches are quite remote.What makes this bakery special is that they use rice to make rice flour and the texture of the baked stuff is soft and chewy.My favourite was the cream cheese bun which looks like a big gyoza.Inside there is soft gooey cheese that tastes like liquid darylea cheese.The purple sweet potato was too sweet.The sweet potato was better because it was not so sweet and both had real sweet potatoes in it.+++++++++

其實呢間麵包店一個月都食好幾次,特別佢個芝士包。而今次就試佢個竹炭麵包。 竹炭麵包:麵包用天然發酵所以非常鬆軟,而內裡亦有不少合桃粒,令到佢口感可以更有層次,將佢叮熱少少更加好味道。

成日經過糧友工房,都覺得d面包好吸引, 不過價錢就好貴,今次買左2款包試下,呢個紫薯一丁目細細個都要$12,食落面包好軟熟, 用料係令既, 但味道較清淡, 裡面有好多紫薯,有淡淡紫薯味, 但唔夠香濃, 因為紫薯都幾多,所以食哂都幾飽肚~而另一款熊本黑麻米燒聽個名都覺得特別,面包質感好Q, 味道似另一連鎖面包店既芝麻麻糬,食到一粒粒黑芝麻, 幾特別既黑麻米燒~呢度既面包係幾特別, 但比較細個同性價比不高,間唔中食下都ok
