到 S.A.E. 吃晚飯並不是第一次,一路覺得 S.A.E. 最不吸引的地方就是裝修,簡陋並不是主要問題,但光線暗得有點過份,令食欲也減低了。所以每次上來,都是別人提議才來。今次兩人吃晚飯,坐下看完 menu,朋友想吃鯖魚,於是叫了 Set A。我自己則想吃清淡一點,所以叫了 Set B。經理接完 order 一點也不雀躍,可能嫌我們是平價客,直至我們再叫了清酒就突然變得親切客氣,招呼也完全兩樣!真的需要改善!S.A.E. 的魚生向來有水準,Hamachi 同 Salmon 都 ichiban, 比得上在日本吃。但燒鯖魚就乾得像咸魚,這有點失望!其他食物就中規中矩。我想,我仍然不會自己選擇來,朋友要求則無妨! continue reading

好久沒有去SAE食飯!最近經過見有人派傳單於是想去再試下!去次前再睇睇食評見到都好似OK,所以今天去食午餐。侍應好似好忙又好迷惘,環境都是一樣,但感覺就好不一樣,好似死氣沉沉的!我叫的是築地魚生飯,外觀都不錯! 味道就只可以用奇怪來形容...所有魚生(三文魚、海膽、帶子都好似... 唔可以話唔好味,就是奇怪...唔係平時食的味道!餐飲都係好奇怪...檸檬茶無茶味又無檸檬味...咖啡加糖與唔加糖味道都是一樣!!!最有問題就是D飯...它不是壽司飯但又唔似茶餐廳D飯...無味同好「鞋」!!!最好味的就是隻蝦!可算是奇怪的一餐... continue reading

 今個月是我的生日月,應朋友邀請去試依間樓上私房菜。可能時間尚早,還未有客人,環境好幽靜。先黎一枝sake先,oishii!餓餓地,立即叫野先。原來host已經安排哂,仲好唔洗諗。可能我地太肚餓,轉眼間已經將前菜掃清。我地5個人一路食一路飲,不知不覺也喝多了,最後的稻庭烏冬和甜品也忘了拍照,回家都有一點醉意。其實我一直都不喜歡集團式餐廳,食物像倒模一樣。反而小店有心思,多點變化!可惜這些小店越來越小...我一定會返黎再幫襯的,支持小店! continue reading

看到好評,於是興緻勃勃的電話留座吃個午餐。中午十二時多到達,只有一桌子客人,不用等便可以坐下了。點了一個午餐,$78,豬軟骨手打烏冬鍋。前菜先上︰魚生3片 - 普普通通,OK蒸蛋 - 份量較少,但滑溜,有銀杏、菇粒和日式魚蛋味噌湯 - 味道較淡,很「健康」主菜︰未知是否我們太早到的關係,這個鍋上桌時只能用「暖」形容,跟我心目中熱呼呼的「鍋」有一段距離。但這都還好,最大敗筆是那塊豬軟骨竟然有一部分是「涼」的!這完全不能接受,我想是因為湯不夠熱所以不能把豬軟骨弄熱吧?唯一可取的是烏冬真的蠻滑的,但其他的湯底、豬軟骨、魚蛋、粟米....完全不能接受 continue reading
