堂食叫左關東煮烏冬同胡麻醬野菜撈拉麵,兩樣都唔好食囉。胡麻醬撈拉麵普普通通,唔知係咪隻芝麻醬唔夠濃定太少,撈埋都係無芝麻醬果種香濃既味道,勉強叫擺得入口。個關東煮烏冬難食到,個湯底淡白色見到已經知淡過咩,結果真係無味,幾粒魚餅竹輪一樣,感覺食緊幾舊完全無味既粉團,蘿蔔又係無味。最難食係隻蛋,又乾又粉,竟然可以將蛋煮到完全無蛋味,我都好好奇係點樣做到,最後食左半粒蛋就無食。呢個價錢大把選擇,食完呢餐真係對胡麻醬同關東煮好大陰影。 continue reading

人生第一次寫食評, 可能經歷完幾回合既晚市禁堂食, 對外賣既要求提高左好多🤭咁岩想食日本野又見到呢間餐廳價錢都ok, 尤其係中環地段, $100有找已經算平, 但都冇諗過係咁唔合理…首先係外賣自取仲要收加一呢樣真係接受唔到, 市面間間寫住外賣自取幾多幾多折咁, 冇折都唔緊要, 但收加一真係好不解😶寧願你本身價錢set高d都冇咁嬲😂其次係包裝問題, 個膠袋打左死結解左5分鐘都未解到! 我同朋友一個叫關東煮烏冬, 一個叫胡麻雜菜冷麵, 一凍一熱點解可以擺埋一齊而冇用紙皮分隔😵開黎食果陣個冷麵面頭d雜菜係熱既, 個兜仲出埋倒汗水😑好彩冇變壞, 但熱食沙律菜都好難頂而個關東煮烏冬, 湯係冇問題既夠熱同正常魚湯, 個烏冬係我鍾意食既稻庭烏冬都正常, 但魚餅, 牛蒡卷同個竹輪唔知浸左幾耐發到漲晒, 除左口感好淋我食唔到任何味😐最最最接受唔到係隻雞蛋, 似係擺左隔夜食落鞋洽洽, 真係好難食, 連普通茶記既洽蛋都好食過佢多多聲🤢$85碗加一雖然唔可以話貴, 但至少都希望係食材新鮮, 而且收加一我當收左外賣兜錢, 冷熱食物分開包裝都至少係基本😮‍💨所以真係忍唔住要俾負評可能堂食會好d, 但真係唔會再幫襯😩諗起隻蛋都驚 continue reading

之前路過見到呢間日本小店,就諗住搵日黎試下。見lunch set唔算特別貴(around $110-$160再加一咁上下),lunch hour都唔多客,都係幾位咁,就算店細都唔駛點等位。佢係開放式個啲,天氣涼涼地坐係到食都幾舒適,不過坐低左發現佢對住馬路,啲車不停駛上黎都幾嘈下。講返lunch set先,今次叫左個三文魚帶子飯$148,包沙律同味噌湯既。沙律正正常常啦,都係胡麻沙律呢啲,而個味噌湯呢個人就覺得太油同有啲偏咸既。咁個三文魚帶子飯就料唔算多,4件三文魚2件帶子咁,三文魚都算厚切既,而帶子都幾肥美,不過唯獨有件三文魚都幾重筋。Overall都ok既,冇特別差既地方,不過埋單連埋加一$163,lunch呢個價錢又好似會有更好選擇咁。 continue reading

估唔到第一次寫食評就係咁差嘅體驗😓我有個朋友幾鍾意食,所以佢介紹親的都唔會差,而且我睇過食評都ok呢間應該係佢唯一失敗的介紹話說早幾日經佢介紹同朋友去食間鋪對正馬路上斜位,所以好多車經過,建議你夜晚去又坐門口位最好帶定太陽眼鏡,唔係啲車頭燈係咁打住你對眼都幾辛苦😂呢間野主打係食串燒,喺香港食串燒真係好少會係難食,自問都食過幾多間,呢間真係第一間奇差仲要係唔平🥵A4和牛串 $160/串點餐時候我朋友點A4和牛串,話5人份量要幾多串,個侍應話5串,黎到一串3大粒,嗰到其實3串都夠5人食,明白你想收多啲錢都完全唔係憑良心答😂唔緊要,好食咪算。點知,舊牛咬又咬唔開,3分2都係肥膏,食落又冇牛味好似食橡筋咁😡牛舌 $45/串牛舌係燒唔熟重有血紅色的(大佬你當我見識少😂我真係未食過牛舌係同牛扒一樣得6成熟)燒蠔 $45/隻蠔勁咸唔知食咗乜好似淨係飲海水落肚咁燒鱔 $65/串皮燒得唔脆食落冇味肉唔爽唔juicy另外我哋開頭想點蒜片炒雞腎,個老闆娘走過來話最近日本禽流感所以雞嘅內臟都唔會賣,點知我哋就嚟食完嘅時候,個侍應走過來同我哋講有客取消咗所以重有一碟,我地當堂黑人問號話唔要一時又話日本禽流感一時又話有客唔要都唔知邊句真😒🤔個三文魚同帶子都冇乜期待因為唔係主打食呢啲(難食過自己買黎解凍食嗰啲😂)唯一最好食就係薯條同芝士年糕,因為唔使技巧😂環境方面一坐低嘅時候冷氣機已經係咁滴水,仲要滴左落啲食物到去廁所條路黑蚊蚊冇燈照,廁所重要未去一開蓋廁所水係滿到差啲瀉出黎嗰隻咁嘅食物質素,環境都要收加一😮‍💨我走嘅時候真係忍唔住問: 呢間啲嘢食都真係唔好食又貴老闆答我因為啲嘢食係日本黎,我忍唔住講返句有邊間日式串燒食材唔係日本嚟?呢間真係我食過最難食嘅🥴心諗除咗食材來源,廚藝手勢同廚師心態都係好重要囉真係第一次食到覺得俾錢係比得咁唔抵,咁樣每人埋單都要850題外話,因為個老闆娘/廚師出黎都冇問我地介唔介意就除口罩食完煙都唔戴返又係咁講野,成個感覺環境衛生唔係幾好 (純粹個人感覺)總括好唔好食見人見智不喜勿插 continue reading
