Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 本身唔係太肚餓,但見夠鐘食飯就嗌咗個外賣,打開佢哋頁面睇到仲有好多小炒,好似仲有煲仔飯,下次試埋先。試咗梅菜扣肉飯(網上外賣平台$54),有驚喜。扣肉肥瘦相間,肥油好甘香,入口即溶,冇豬騷味;瘦肉唔乾柴,入晒梅菜汁嘅味;梅菜醬汁撈飯一流,鹹鹹甜甜,恰到好處。白飯正正常常,分量都唔錯。有杯嘢飲跟餐,揀咗熱檸茶,茶底幾濃,甚至有啲濃得濟,所以飲到一半就放棄咗。格硬要講個缺點就係冇菜食😂,飲食冇咁均衡。下次一定會再嗌,keep going! continue reading

呢排夜晚都係凍凍哋,咁啱又入咗火炭嗰邊探朋友,見附近有間心美小廚有煲仔飯食,一於去試一試😎😎。餐廳裝修就無乜特別㗎啦,始終工廠區唔會話有啲好有特色或者好靚嘅餐廳。不過一入到去就發覺啲員工/老闆都幾家庭式嘅感覺,有一種人嘅感覺🥰🥰揀咗陣,決定嗌個咸蛋肉餅煲仔飯加臘腸。餐廳阿姐俾咗個例湯我哋,本身無乜期待,但又真係無味精得嚟又夠味👍煲仔飯上到枱,阿姐好細心地幫我淋完豉油後再問要幾多飯焦,重千叮萬囑唔好自己開蓋😂真係好細心。煲仔飯入口好香,個肉餅淋得嚟又唔會一patpat,唔錯。同埋個臘腸甘香唔膩。🤤另外,我哋仲叫咗個灼菜,不過就不過不失啦。總括而言,煲仔飯真係推薦心美小廚,拍得住啲所謂好出名嘅專門食煲仔飯嘅地方,如果嚟開火炭,不妨嚟試一試👌 continue reading

大家都知道,火炭係食物沙漠,莫講話美食,連食店都唔係咁易揀到。今日要去火炭工業區,所以喺附近搵食,雖然火炭多左個屋邨商場,但選擇還真的不多。於是就想起幾年前食過的心美小廚,想上openrice睇下煲仔麵有咩餸可以揀下,點知......竟然無煲仔麵餐牌。所以我決定親自去為大家影張點菜紙並上載比大家參考!唔知係咪中過Covid的關係,我竟然無叫到三餸(以為自己點了三餸,但點菜紙上只叫左兩餸),三餸的性價比當然是最高!曾經食過喇沙湯底之後一直都念念不忘,時隔數年後終於可以再次品嘗。食店會好貼心地將炸物同麵食和湯底分開上,務求令大家食到食物最好的狀態。再來一張近照,本人覺得公仔麵比較掛湯,食麵時亦可以食到啖啖的喇沙湯味。留意返,呢個湯底係比較辣,唔食得辣的朋友要注意,可以試下其他湯底,總有一款啱你食。 continue reading

說到火炭區美食,一定會聯想🤔到大排檔,雖然居住人口上升了一點點🤏🏻,但好像除此以外就沒有了,好像到處都是工廠大廈🏭,食物離不開連鎖店或者食堂其實這個地方近年🐢龜速地增加特式小店外,還有紥根火炭多年但卧虎藏龍💪🏻的食肆啊~這次就為大家介紹一家梅菜扣肉飯 $54 (外賣平台 自取價 $49.6)梅菜扣肉乃是一道傳統又懷舊的客家菜餚,同時也是客家名菜三寶之一☝🏻,相信不少人都對這個實在又愛又恨,連我也不例外,但這個卻是我一家人每次到訪店家的❤️必點的一款!這道菜的材料並不昂貴也不奢侈,就只有五花肉跟梅菜而已,但準備工夫多烹調時間又長⏳,雖然在外邊很常見到這度菜,不過吃到的不是又乾又柴的🐽豬肉,就是只有一大堆肥膩的肥膏,實在不敢恭維😖真正好吃的梅菜扣肉,功夫多多,肉要經過汆燙再醃味,先煎炸後切件,再將炒香及已較味的梅菜及醬汁塗滿肉的兩側和鋪滿後蓋上錫紙並蒸上一段長時間才完成✅扣肉夠糜爛酥香,入口肥而不膩,連皮連肥膏一同吃才會吃到油花擁抱豬肉的🥰幸福感;肉已吸盡梅菜的香氣,帶有梅菜的鹹香但不會死鹹,就連單吃梅菜和醬汁也會覺得惹味🤤,因腩肉的油脂又能夠融入當中,更能吃到梅菜的香甜,🍚白飯一碗少不免,可以的話添飯也沒有問題👌🏻店家所做的梅菜扣肉確實讓我有以上的感覺,雖然與👧🏻兒時在傳統客家菜館吃過的有點出入(或許懂得做傳統做法的👨🏻‍🍳廚師不是退休或是已仙遊去),不過能做到如此美味的梅菜扣肉的食肆實在賣少見少😌,加上份量不少,每次吃這個也會覺得白飯永遠不夠!另一個不能錯失的就是店家的例湯🥣,跟外間喝到的老火例湯截然不同,半點味精也沒有🙅🏻‍♀️,味道濃郁又鮮味,全因店家不吝嗇的加入非常多的食材配料淆製,清甜不油膩,🙎🏻‍♀️媽媽對店家的例湯讚譽有嘉💯,寧願不喝飲料也要喝多一碗湯店家在火炭區開業多年,是一個🏡家庭式經營的小餐廳,完全不起眼還有一點平凡,裝潢不算特別漂亮還是帶點飯堂似的樣子,完全不會覺得這店會有美食來😅日間較多在附近工廠區工作的打工仔💼跟勞動人士,還有晚市的日子就會有不少家庭客人來店家用餐🥢,我們一家也光顧了十多年以上,吃的都是家常小菜,茶餐廳也有的,當然也會有海鮮供應,💰價錢豐儉由人,除了梅菜扣肉外,其他小菜也是用心💕製作,有鑊氣味道也好,曾經在店家吃過炸蠔餅,比鄰近的大排檔還要好吃👍🏻~現在疫情嚴重加上晚市禁堂食,不妨先收藏🔖這店,待疫情減退後來火炭試試這個卧虎藏龍的小店吧! continue reading

地方大 環境舒服,就多個菜餐選擇佢有即叫即煲的煲仔飯,每日都會有唔同選擇。這個是蟲草花雲耳滑雞煲仔飯,味道不錯,雞肉嫩,飯有飯焦。另一個是鳳爪排骨煲仔飯,再加窩蛋一隻,味道不錯,飯有飯焦。佢還有外賣煲仔飯,回煲既話仲會回贈$10仲會附送湯和飲品,$70一個煲仔飯,還是幾抵食,服務也是有禮,不過等煲仔飯的時間會比較長,起碼需要25分鐘左右 continue reading
