又到假日,約咗一個好耐冇見嘅中學同學去咗銅鑼灣行街食飯,朋友鍾意食辣,所以次次都同佢食四川菜,今次又同佢揀咗間四川菜,上網見到評語唔錯餐廳裏面好闊落,唔算好多人,仲安排左卡位俾我哋原來而家做緊推廣,消費滿$200回贈$100、每$400回贈$200,好抵食,即係半價,可以下次當現金用首先有前菜開開胃另外叫咗海蜇皮蛋,幾新鮮食四川菜梗係要食魚啦,今次就試吓酸菜魚,原來都幾辣,但有幾好味,魚好滑溜又冇骨,酸酸地幾開胃,兩個人食份量都幾多叫咗個麵,以為唔辣,原來好辣,因為個底有好多辣油,岩晒食辣既朋友飽到上心口但係又點可以少得叫甜品,叫咗個蒸西米露同埋酒糟桂花小湯圓,兩個甜品都幾好味

3月時該餐廳發出cash coupon, 下次消費時可全數用,只需補回差額。3月26日晚我用coupon埋單後,一男性服務員(疑似經理)再給我兩張,回贈價值相信是看當日付款的半數。coupon背後寫上有效期限是30/4。我問了一下期限是否一樣,當時服務員十分肯定地告訴我期限改為5/5。我再確認一下:但這裏是寫4月30號,他說:是的,但他們全部人也知道是改了5月5號。我知道朋友還有coupon 在手,也通知了他期限改了。怎知他5月1號打電話去訂位問清楚時,他們說沒有人說過是5月5號,過了4月30日便不能再用。我們覺得實在是莫名其妙。我們不會自己作一個日期出來,如果服務員沒有說過5月5日我們大可4月30日前把它用了。完全覺得自己被騙,十分懷疑他們公司的制度。之前去幫襯時其實已經覺得服務態度奇差,十點半他們說last order之後連汽水也不能叫,說廚房已經走了。但汽水是不需要經過廚師處理吧?他們的管理層出現極大問題。這樣的待客態度是在趕客嗎?

主菜點咗三希吊燒雞、豉椒炒黃鱔片同原隻南瓜粉蒸排骨。三希吊燒雞 ($198) 是餐廳嘅招牌菜之一,據說做法是要先將約 80 日大的走地雞吊起以烤爐烤焗,再來回多次淋上滾油。吃一口,雞皮很薄,入口焦香鬆脆,肉質有彈性,充滿雞味,加上皮下沒有多餘脂肪,就算連皮吃也沒有罪惡感

接著送上的豉椒炒黃鱔片($168) 亦做得很出色,成品用上了肥美的黃鱔起肉,再與豉椒同炒。鱔肉切至長短相若,每條都均勻地沾上了濃汁,食落肉質爽滑,軟腍不霉,略帶魚鮮卻又完全沒有腥味;入口鹹中帶甜,極之惹味,所以亦即時點了碗白飯 ($15) 來伴吃。

至於壓尾的原隻南瓜粉蒸排骨 ($198) 賣相亦相當吸引,南瓜呈鮮橙色,非常搶眼。掀開南瓜蓋,一陣香氣即時傳出。舀起內藏的排骨,蒸得惹味又夠腍,而且吃起來完全沒有臊味。再用匙刮出南瓜肉,由於南瓜吸收了排骨的油潤,變得入口即化,滿口留香,比排骨還要好吃。

最後輪到甜品環節,其實已經吃得很飽,所以只選了一客極品流沙包 ($38)。流沙包以蒸籠盛載,包身雪白完整,一掰開,熱燙的奶皇流沙即時如熔岩般湧出,入口相當香甜,既軟熟又可口,絕對值得一試。聽朋友講,除了川、粵菜外,店裡嘅點心亦做得非常出色,有機會會再嚟試下。

朋友從台灣過來香港過生日,以前我哋去中環嗰間食架,而家銅鑼灣開咗,我哋又係冇車之人,梗係去銅鑼灣方便啲啦!我哋一行十人,坐低就叫咗好多嘢食,我朋友係牛魔王,佢就已經點咗兩碟大嘅牛肉,一疊係安格斯牛肉,一定係本地手切肥牛啊,湯底方面,因為有啲朋友唔食辣,所以我哋叫鴛鴦火鍋,除咗牛肉,我哋仲叫咗打邊爐唔少得嘅炸魚皮,鴨血,韭菜餃,蟹柳,牛丸,墨魚滑,雜菜,腐皮,樣樣都好好食呀,到最後嗰雜菜籃係一條都冇郁過,個雜菜擺得好靚,好似一札花咁,我覺得人哋擺得咁靚,嘥咗,於是我就成個雜籃打包返屋企。

突然之間好想食水煮魚🐟朋友介紹話三希樓嘅水煮魚唔錯,就一齊嚟試一試~四個人叫咗個大嘅水煮魚🐟 一嚟到勁多天椒放喺面,成個辣椒山🌶咁勁誇張,影完相之後店員細心咁幫我哋拎走上面嘅辣椒,話因為怕啲辣椒湯浸得耐會愈來愈辣,同無咁好味~ 不過其實食落唔係好辣啱曬啲又鍾意食辣但係又怕辣嘅朋友🤣魚肉片厚切得嚟又好嫩滑,唔會煮到老曬, 配料一啲都唔孤寒,有紅薯粉、荀片同芽菜,重有鴨紅添~水煮夠晒惹味令人食到停唔到口,朋友果然無介紹錯~另外重叫左個椒鹽排骨架,個賣相好吸睛,睇得出師傅整得好有心機,用個骨架做條橋 再放啲排骨上去,岩晒仲意相機食先嘅我😂食落口其實都辣架,不過就辣得惹味,隔離仲有涼拌青瓜做伴碟添,唔錯呀~食咗咁多熱氣嘢最後加返個干煸四季豆, 四季豆食落好爽口同卜卜聲,加埋啲肉粒炒得好香,令人可以送曬成碗飯呀🍚

突然之間好想食水煮魚🐟朋友介紹話三希樓嘅水煮魚唔錯,就一齊嚟試一試~四個人叫咗個大嘅水煮魚🐟 一嚟到勁多天椒放喺面,成個辣椒山🌶咁勁誇張,影完相之後店員細心咁幫我哋拎走上面嘅辣椒,話因為怕啲辣椒湯浸得耐會愈來愈辣,同無咁好味~ 不過其實食落唔係好辣啱曬啲又鍾意食辣但係又怕辣嘅朋友🤣魚肉片厚切得嚟又好嫩滑,唔會煮到老曬, 配料一啲都唔孤寒,有紅薯粉、荀片同芽菜,重有鴨紅添~水煮夠晒惹味令人食到停唔到口,朋友果然無介紹錯~

另外重叫左個椒鹽排骨架,個賣相好吸睛,睇得出師傅整得好有心機,用個骨架做條橋 再放啲排骨上去,岩晒仲意相機食先嘅我😂食落口其實都辣架,不過就辣得惹味,隔離仲有涼拌青瓜做伴碟添,唔錯呀~

食咗咁多熱氣嘢最後加返個干煸四季豆, 四季豆食落好爽口同卜卜聲,加埋啲肉粒炒得好香,令人可以送曬成碗飯呀🍚

I really like the dumplings, meatballs and beef tonight. The dumplings were filled with a mix of veggies and pork, with the characteristic aroma given out by the veg🤤

The beef had a nice texture and mix of fat & lean meat. Pretty high quality for its price👍🏻
