在東大街,不愁冇好野食!剛剛吃完別檔的燒賣,見肚子還有位置,就來到三多,點了一隻紅到香港島的炸肶品嚐。的確,三多做了隻出色的炸肶!皮薄香脆,重點是不厚粉也不過硬。至於肉質,嫩滑非常,真的做到皮脆肉嫩,值得一讚。而$29一隻肶值不值,見仁見智了。

在東大街,不愁冇好野食!

剛剛吃完別檔的燒賣,見肚子還有位置,就來到三多,點了一隻紅到香港島的炸肶品嚐。


的確,三多做了隻出色的炸肶!皮薄香脆,重點是不厚粉也不過硬。至於肉質,嫩滑非常,真的做到皮脆肉嫩,值得一讚。


而$29一隻肶值不值,見仁見智了。

中午到筲箕灣三多,點了個炸脾配卡西汁意大利粉午餐,$50元跟熱飲。十二點半左右,人不算多。因我只有一個人,所以坐bar檯,但坐位奇高,要跳落櫈⋯未知是否炸脾製作需時,侯餐時間需要大約十分鐘。更奇怪的是堂食都全用即棄餐具及好容易爛,唔夠力。有提供即棄手套但作用不大,手仍是油淋淋。值得一提,炸脾口感很好,皮脆肉嫩,份量亦足。但意粉同配菜很一般。冇奶茶或㗎啡供應,有啲失望,只有汽水,華田,可立克,凍飲要加$8元啊!點餐後要即時付款!

之前一直係朋友dfacebook見到成日都有人食呢間野 , 又話有幾好食幾好食 , 見到d相又真係好吸引,好似好好味咁 , 一直都想試 , 但查完地址即刻打消左念頭 , 因為係荃灣,元朗,大埔果d地方 , 對於我呢d香港人好遠呀 , 但最近它們竟然在筲箕灣東大街開左分店, 咁梗係要拜訪一下啦 , 它們有堂食同外賣 , 可能我去到已經係兩點幾過左食飯時間, 所以人比較小 , 它們選擇都多 , 有飯,意粉,小食,炒公仔麵,甜品等等, 仲有set lunch(好似大約五十蚊左右) , 不過就冇下午茶set , 我當然選擇左最出名的炸脾啦我係買外買 , 返到屋企都不會油淋淋 , 外皮係好似吉烈豬扒果d皮咁, 應該是沾了一層粉才炸 , 個皮好香好脆 , d肉唔乾又入味

我本身係一個超鍾意食油脾既人,睇fb介紹元朗三多好出名再查發現原來筲箕灣東大街開左分店 所以專登揸車來潮聖下既!我原以為喱類型既小食店只for 外賣仲諗住一家大細要上番架車度食,點知有驚喜入面有四五張枱,都坐得幾舒服!咁我地一行四人就叫左2個油脾拼沙律,1個炸脾拼沙律同1個炸脾拼意粉!因為所有脾都係即刻整所以需時15分鐘左右!終於有喇先上油脾,店員姐姐放落枱已經相機食先勁肥勁大隻,我用刀切開完全feel 到D肉勁滑,放入口佢個隻油脾並吾係一般個D豉油皇或者瑞士汁個D味,應該係佢地自己調教真係好入味!而炸脾我都試左一舊仔D肉一樣勁滑,但因我本身吾太鍾意食咁炸既所以塊皮對我來講吾重要!至於沙律啱哂我心水因為吾會出現青瓜、豆豆丶西芹個類所以 好like ,咁意粉方面一直幻想係白烚後天加工醬汁之類,但原來吾係求其架!係加左小小蕃茄醬炒既,上碟賣相已經加哂分仲要味道吾錯份量都多架,$46一隻勁大既脾拼意粉,一個男人都完全夠飽!所以下次有望老公再車我來食!

星期日同朋友特登來三多試下隻脾,一炸一滷,一人一隻。原來即叫即整,都叫做有驚喜,吾系晨旱整定,等左15分鐘都叫0K呀,超熱辣辣噴晒煙上,吾可以即咬,否則牙肉皮會炙損,店員細心有竹簽丶刀叉丶厚身碟上。炸雞比超大隻,外面灑滿麵包糠炸,外表份僕甘脆有多重咬口,裡面肉質嫩滑多汁,超正! 初初覺得$29太貴,食過知色丶香丶味俱全,CP值高,抵食。另外一個係滷水比,滷水汁微甜,超入味,也上色,入口有花椒入角及酒香蜜糖味,不會死甜或死咸,同是好味之選,怕炸比熱氣,滷水比也不錯。
