佢係印度蒸米糕同印度冬甩配一個湯同4款醬,個醬同煎餅差唔多。個米糕咸咸地好吸啲醬而個冬甩都係咸既,內脆外軟幾好食。

Overall,佢有好多特別既選擇,環境幾好,餐具都好乾淨,值得推介!

Devil Potato (魔鬼辣薯仔)
個名都幾驚嚇,食落又唔係好辣,用譚仔標準大約係十小辣(當然唔係同一種辣啦),總之我接受到既辣,又有少少剌激。呢個幾好食,會encore.

整體黎講都唔錯,款式種類又多,推薦食素既朋友仔黎食。

雖說香港是美食天堂,同時有不少南亞人,但印度人開的印度餐廳並不代表是正宗印度菜呢~而這次就經朋友推薦,終於吃到地道、款式多樣的印度餐廳,最重要的是,是素食餐廳啊~~~未出發先興奮! 尖沙咀站出口不到5分鐘,便到了這家四樓的SARAVANAA BHAVAN,店內幾乎坐滿人,大部分都是印度食客,而侍應和廚師是全印度人呢!menu有中、英文,甚至中文簡介菜名,非常貼心,不過有10多頁,每一道菜都非常吸引,令有選擇困難症的我們很苦惱,幾番風波,終於每人各叫一份最有名的naan印度烤餅,再加特製薩拉維亞套餐、炒飯和炸花椰菜等share。 首先上飲品,鹽味青檸梳打不感怪異,些少咸味令青檸更突出,整體味道很match,決定要在家中試整!頭盤是炸花椰菜,這是侍應哥哥推介的,我們起初有點懷疑,結果一試好吃得停不下口,椰菜花炸得酥脆可口,配合外面的甜辣醬汁,實在跟咕嚕肉有8成相似,不過吃了一半,嗜辣的我也有點「頂唔順」。傳統印度烤餅和芝士烤餅剛上桌,我們便開心得驚呼——來吃印度菜就是要吃naan啊,烤餅非常鬆脆,沾上咖哩吃,味道一流,可是這一餐有19種醬料,我們便胡亂沾醬,試盡各種地道特色,很好玩的體驗!

食開印度菜既人去到尼間Saravanaa Bhavan都可以未必習慣,因為真係睇得出係非常正宗!不但止所有員工都係印度人,仲見到有唔少顧客都係印度人,可想然之係幾咁正宗啦!加上尼間店係素菜,可能大部分非素食者都唔知食咩好。其實去到印度餐廳最緊要都係食naan(印度烤餅) 同埋佢既地道咖哩姐,尼間鋪整尼兩樣野都係唔差咖!Naan仲有唔同餡,可以簡:普通、芝士、薯仔等等,又唔油膩又好味。咖哩就推薦咖哩芝士啦,咖哩有少少辣,就咁聞仲有陣陣芝士味添,但其實一啲都唔漏咖,可以一試。

今次同朋友黎到尖沙咀哩間素食餐廳試正宗印度菜。一入到去見到所有食客,除咗我同朋友,全部都唔係香港人,以印度人為大多數。 餐牌有好多選擇,最後揀咗呢三種試一試:印度蔥油烤餅($35)、洋蔥辣椒班戟($60)、芝士菠菜咖喱($70)。印度蔥油烤餅有兩大塊,睇落去同中式蔥油餅差唔多, 但係裏面有餡料夾心,有紅蘿蔔、洋蔥配以香料、牛油,食落去冇中式蔥油嘅香味,反而有牛油香味,好食但偏油膩,怕肥嘅朋友可以試吓其他口味。難得嚟到正宗印度餐廳,當然要試吓特色咖喱,所以叫咗芝士菠菜咖喱。睇落去青BB,裏面有一粒粒的硬芝士,但食落去菠菜同芝士味唔重,反而係香料同洋蔥味比較突出。以咖喱來講,口味非常溫和,一啲都唔辣,齋食唔配烤餅,都唔會覺得好鹹(有可能我食開重口味🤭)。洋蔥辣椒班戟,洋蔥同辣椒味都好重,班戟底微焦,有少少鬆脆感,附送三種醬料:辣醬、薄荷醬同乳酪醬,單食已經好夠味。本人比較喜歡配薄荷醬,薄荷醬口味清新,可以中和班戟嘅辣味;辣醬夠辣夠開胃,但食多幾啖就覺得太辣;乳酪醬表現中庸不過不失。
