We order Chicken and Pork Satay ($188), with half dozen tender skewers grilled perfectly, juicy and not dried up, the meat has fully absorbed the marinade and is very tasty. The special peanut satay dipping sauce is also rich in flavours and good match with the meat. While both are great, personally I prefer the pork a bit more.

Another appetizer we have is Crispy Fried Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk ($78). The fish skin has great crispy bite, coated with an evil but highly flavourful sauce made from butter and salted egg yolk. A Singapore signature snack, this one has certainly delivered high marks.

For the main dish we have Fish Head Curry ($458 for small size). The fish head is really huge, good enough for four persons, with okra and tomato in the curry. Truly amazing, the fish head is very fresh as there is no fishy note, with plenty of meat. The curry has great balance in spicy and sourness.

Finishing the fish head leaves us no room for dessert, and we decide to return in future to try some of the other dishes. The bill on the day is $981 and is reasonable in my opinion. It is a good spot to enjoy fantastic view, a comfortable dining experience of nice Singaporean cuisine.

來過幾次,覺得食物和服務一般,但環境很好,所以再來,可惜今次直情係差勁。海南雞飯要雞飯,雞很少,感覺只是有半隻雞肶,飯有D硬。唔好食嘅海南雞飯係好少見。最離譜係肉骨茶,啲肉係硬嘅,同個侍應講,佢只係哦咗一聲,連同廚房講都冇,根本唔想客人再回頭。炒貴刁同蝦麵,就普通。沙爹和炒芥蘭就正常。紅豆刨冰沒什麼特別,但價錢超過$130,亦很驚人。隨便一餐飯麵,4人超過$1300,除了環境清幽和海景,實在沒有價值可言。

The mee goreng came out like pasta soup but we were advised that is their authentic style. The hainan chicken lacked flavour and was a bit boring. 點了黑椒蟹,海南雞飯,蘿蔔糕。用餐不愉快也不想拍照了。服務:酒店餐廳來說,服務並不好。不是態度差,但不友善。食物:海南雞是凍的,不是室温,吃得出是冰箱拿出來放暖的,不知有多新鮮。份量少,有差不多半份是由一隻雞中翼斬出來的,還要有很粗的毛,「好唔開胃」。油飯不錯。問題是二百多元吃一隻雞中翼加少少雞肉,雞全翼也比他多一個雞尖。「你可以收貴啲,但係都要比嘢人食先得㗎!」餐廳吃蟹也預了貴,但六百蚊吃兩個蟹鉗就...其他部位也就只有殼。這樣就千二蚊。上菜次序看得出不是點單就做,後來坐下的很快就上湯麵等食物,因為先坐下的一枱也點了同樣菜式。我們的蘿蔔糕等得久,原來和下一枱一起上。這不是酒店餐廳的作風,茶餐廳嗎?

一踏入餐廳,我已經俾個環境吸引😍餐廳以悠閑風格為主,面對住一片瞭闊海景,充滿渡假氣氛,令人心情放鬆,大大加分!


食物選擇唔算太多,不過主要嘅新加坡名菜都俱全。


⭐️沙嗲軒家庭拼盤($988)有4串沙嗲雞肉同4串沙嗲豬肉🍖油酥餅跟椰香咖喱牛腩🐮半隻海南雞及油飯,同埋腐皮豬肉卷(咖喱角無貨)


沙嗲串燒好惹味,有炭香味之餘入面依然保持肉質鬆軟。


椰香咖喱牛腩只有3件牛腩同一粒薯仔,雖然味道唔錯,不過有啲唔知點分好😅


海南雞份量就好大!雞肉嫩滑,起晒骨,啖啖肉。油飯就有少少硬身,略嫌唔夠香味。

The curry beef brisket arrived at least 30min after the Roti Canai but they suppose to come together. The curry was not bad with its unique coconut flavour and the beef brisket was tender. Unfortunately the Roti Canai was already cold after the long wait.

Actually there are not many restaurants to choose from here and this restaurant is more affordable comparing to others but I’d still expect to have a higher quality of food in this beautiful hotel.

Most food served slightly warm only even the soupy bak kut teh, black pepper crab & laksa. It is a pity because the taste was actually pretty good for all the above and the crab was definitely fresh. Not sure why but they should pay more attention to food temperature. We also tried their hainanese chicken rice, Nasi lemak, carrot cake (all 3 pretty authentic) & fried fish skin

Recommend to book at least 2 weeks ahead of you decide to try this place
2 of us arrived the restaurant and got the window seat with a great sea view.
The staffs are most friendly
Place is clean
Only bummer thing is that we were seated next to a table where had big group of moms, kids and helpers that made the place so noisy. We needed to enjoy the nice view with noises.
As for the food, we ordered half of Hainan chicken, fried kway teow and satay.
I was so looking forward to the chicken cuz I was told by a friend that it is a must try. When it came, it was little disappointing cuz the displace was not appetizing,
Then followed by the fried kway teow, again the display was not much fat from those local Cha Chen Tang the noodle was placed so untidy. I would expect a little fancy or at least tidy presentation of the food in a restaurant where located in a fancy hotel
And then the staff mixed up my dine-in and take away order of the satay
That really shouldn’t been happened in such a nice class restaurant while we clearly told them our order.
Anyway it’s still a not bad lunch experience

第一次嚟呢間酒店梗係要試吓呢度嘅餐廳入到嚟見到有得食炒貴刁當然要即刻整返啲試吓本身都諗住冇咩驚喜點知食落又幾有鑊氣炒得幾入味估唔到咁嘅價錢都食到咁嘅質素有啲喜出望外嘅感覺之後再嗌多個喇沙湯麵有少少辣但估唔到又幾出色啲蝦好大隻 全部都好足料份量都好夠 估唔到酒店餐廳都有咁嘅質素仲諗住要叫網上外賣平台補補底原來一樣已經夠一個人食呢間餐廳啲裝修都好靚好有特色打卡一流 都好啱情侶同埋一家大細過嚟值得推介一下!
