To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出咗嚟社會工作愈嚟愈繁忙,最近發現旺角既餐廳同以前好多都唔同曬。仲記得讀大學既時候,同班hall mate最鍾意落旺角食飯,我哋係沙嗲王常客。今次lunch time食嘅係大學回憶啊!點滴在心頭~我order咗白咖喱香茅豬扒飯,餐點賣相唔錯,加啲聯想力好似沙灘咁( ´▽` )ノ豬扒味道醃得岩岩好👅珍珠米粒粒分明 亦都好好食~ 但係整體嚟講個汁份量比較多、濃郁,完全蓋過食物本來既味道,依個位有少少失色。若果汁既份量少啲,相信會為依個餐點加好多分!特別一讚就係侍應服務態度好親善,整體serve我哋既員工都相對上有親和力🙂↕️

黎到旺角呢邊lunch 都有好多選擇可以揀,見咁耐無食過沙爹王所以今日就再食,不過質素就真係一般,食完之後過左幾個鐘都覺得口渴。白咖哩豬因為都算出名吧所以都點了呢個試,白咖哩汁係多不過味道就比較一般,感覺味道唔夠,豬扒味道正常,口感無咩特別,成個午餐份量都係正常,汽水唔駛加錢,罐裝汽水,凍飲就要另外加錢。環境都算闊落坐得算舒服既。不過最大問題食完呢餐之後幾個鐘仍然覺得口渴,食左呢次就算了。對於個人而言就唔係吸引,盛惠72蚊。

星期五收工諗住食沙嗲王招牌白咖喱結果 非常差的體驗事緣我們在七點左落單等咗大概半個鐘左右發現連啤酒都未到 其中一位朋友催促店員結果只有啤酒到了等咗大概九個字 發現店入邊好多食客都冇嘢食而且開始有食客投訴食物等得太耐隔籬枱等到走咗 朋友再次去到收銀位置詢問店員開始阻止新乘客入座以及同門外的客人解釋單機壞了但是我們坐了大概一個鐘都冇人同我哋解釋過點解冇嘢食?單機壞咗 係突發情況店員係咪應該同食客解釋情況?而唔係由得客人喺舖頭白等雖然食物質素沒有什麼影響然而最後經理在事情發生後一個鐘先出嚟同食客道歉 我認為當知道有突發情況立即同食客解釋 更為妥當希望下次再有同類事件 處理手法可以更加恰當

沙嗲王是香港人的童年回憶,招牌菜是沙嗲/白咖喱,今日相隔多年都是同一個味道。今次去到油麻地店,裝修完全煥然一新,好光猛又乾淨!睇個menu,比以往多了選擇,而且是親民價!石鍋沙嗲牛肉烏冬石鍋熱辣辣,可以保持熱度!沙嗲湯底非常濃郁,亦有厚厚的花生醬味;配料包括振興牛丸,牛肉,豆卜,金菇!當然芫荽愛好者可加配多芫荽!不得不提細心位,餐廳將振興牛丸切開一半方便食用!烏冬亦分開另上,避免浸淋!咖喱香茅豬扒飯豬扒多的是,而且是炸過醃過,十分厚切!絕對是沙嗲王招牌菜。咖喱味也非常濃烈,讚越式春卷上菜時明顯是剛剛炸起,好鬆脆!配上微微辣的醬汁十分惹味。另以半價加配了鮮芒椰汁沙冰配寒天波波!很多新鮮芒果肉,椰汁味都十分重,夏天喝透心涼今餐完全是回憶之旅,吃的是兒時味道👅

喺旺角行街行到肚餓,突然想食白咖哩豬扒飯,又咁啱有沙嗲王,所以就嚟左食😁我哋一家今次叫左:無骨鳳爪👍🏻👍🏻-份量少,好夠酸味少辣椒鹽脆豆腐👍🏻-唔係平時出街食嘅脆豆腐 ,層皮一啲都唔脆仲好稔,不過 豆腐好滑炸饅頭👍🏻👍🏻蒜香雞翼 👍🏻👍🏻-夠熱又夠脆,聞起上嚟好香蒜味,但食就唔覺越南春卷👍🏻-入口有陣胡椒味但唔辣白咖哩厚切吉列豬扒飯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻-炸得夠脆,雖然厚切,肉好易咬開 白咖哩味道同以前一樣 ,少辣幾惹味特濃朱古力沙冰 👍🏻👍🏻-飲晒成杯都唔覺得係沙冰鮮芒椰汁沙冰配寒天👍🏻👍🏻-比較甜,塞天好有咬口後記:而家乜都電子化,落單要用app,埋單原來冇左以前食左幾多錢就送幾多張實體優惠券同辣椒醬,就係用app送優惠券,感覺冇以前咁抵食
