今早一家人去飲早茶,我們見餐牌夾上只有一款點心紙,於是就落單,之後我發現附近枱枱都用另一張黃色點心紙落單,原來有晨早優惠,而我們用standard 點心紙點同一款係貴$6-8元,於是我有禮貌地向職員查詢,是否可以同樣享有優惠價,換來不客氣答覆,沒有有優惠,因為我地用standard點心紙,更指責語氣話我自己無要求優惠點心紙,我們第一次光顧,而佢地冇提供full menu,是我作為顧客的責任,太太太過份了。

我係愛飲普洱之人,見呢度既普洱茶越沖越有,好少有茶樓有咁濃茶色既普洱飲😍😍😍


我同屋企人願意黎幫襯咁多次,就係知道師傅行實力派,佢曾經喺日本東京富麗華任職多年,serve過高管達人同明星㗎。之後返黎香港就喺多間米芝蓮酒店同大型連鎖酒樓集團做過主管,所以食物菜式既色香味絕對係無得輸👍🏽👍🏽

飲茶,我好耐冇去飲茶了,今日去佐朋上環鋿晶館飲吓茶,嘆點心。呢間酒樓都幾好坐啊,又有Windows seat ,一路嘆茶一路望街景,都幾舒服,冇咁侷促。點心都幾好食,價錢合理,最鍾意佢早茶時段有D點心有兩粒,適合兩個人撐枱腳,一人一粒,好似我哋得兩個人,可以食多幾樣嘢。飲茶梗係要食蝦餃、腸粉、叉燒包、蝦餃,晶瑩通透,鮮蝦夠爽脆。叉燒包,嘩,一撕開個叉燒包,D料爆出嚟,正!炸春卷……炸到脆卜卜,又大條,足料,一啲都唔馬虎,我最鍾意,必食。紅棗糕.…..好重紅棗味,煙煙韌韌夠彈牙,甜度啱啱好,做飯後甜品一流!

蝦餃皇 - 完全就是皮薄餡大,一隻蝦餃大概有3只蝦的樣子,蝦肉脆脆彈彈,能吃到完整的蝦肉也能吃到蝦泥。整體超級鮮嫩多汁,鮮味滿滿,一口下去超級滿足!調味也剛剛好,不咸不淡。美中不足在皮有點粘。推薦!!


菜苗餃 - 我最喜歡吃菜苗餃,因為咬下去可以感受到肉汁和菜苗嫩嫩的口感,這裡的菜苗餃都做到了這個效果,而
旦每一隻都很飽滿,一咬落去菜苗好鮮嫩多汁,聞到好香的菜苗味,亦食得出食材好新鮮,吃完一隻已經大滿足。


炸鯪魚球 - 一定要點,沒有很多店在做,出品也完全符合預期。別小看搭配的一小碟蜆汁,咸鮮滋味有海水的深度,用它蘸鯪魚球(蘸多了咸)我一口氣連食二顆!
鯪魚球現炸上枱,還是燙口的溫度,外表有幾分像長洲大魚蛋,足足乒乓球大小。焦黃色外皮皺縮出細微的褶子,一口咬下,口感柔韌彈牙。


櫻花蝦意粉食得多,櫻花腸都是第一次試,這種煮法取代了蝦米腸,又真的香口入味很多!
