🌀 昨天剛下8號風球,因此在屋企附近找了一間中東餐廳吃晚飯。這間餐廳在將軍澳區很有名,我有很多朋友都推介,終於有機會品嘗。一走進門口,就很有中東的風味,屏幕上有一個很大的火爐,座位也很有中東feel。餐廳的廚師和侍應都是中東人,而身邊的食客全都是外國人,讓我回想起當年去摩洛哥旅行的回憶。食物正宗又高質,除了地中海菜,餐廳還有其他西餐選擇,例如意粉和Pizza,而我一心想來吃中東菜,所以其他菜式就留待下次。🍆 中東茄子醬 $90這道菜是由烤茄子、芝麻醬、大蒜和檸檬製成。醬的味道濃郁,口感綿軟,配合芝麻醬和大蒜的香氣,檸檬的酸味提升了整體的口感,十分開胃。附上一牌Pita Bread,讓人更加享受。🍢 串燒雞肉 $115串燒雞肉充滿了地中海風味,甜味醃製過和雞肉經過慢烤後口感鮮嫩多汁,配合洋蔥和蒜蓉醬一起食用,更是美味可口。上菜的時候是吊起來的,配上酸奶和沙律,真是視覺和味覺的雙重享受!
🧆 鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋 $158鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋是一道傳統的中東菜,鷹嘴豆用傳統醬汁烹煮得非常入味,醬汁濃郁。配上西蘭花、蜂蜜、豆類和混合胡椒,味道層次感強,十分美味正宗。🍚 雜堅果飯 $50雜堅果飯是與塔吉鍋一起吃的,米飯和堅果混合在一起,甜甜的口感讓人甚有驚喜。🍫 巧克力梳乎厘配冰淇淋 $95與其說是梳乎厘,我覺得它更像是心太軟加朱古力味雪糕。心太軟切開後,朱古力醬立刻流出來,再配上朱古力味雪糕,邪惡又美味,讓人無法抵擋它的誘惑。😈😋💰 總計: $559, 2位用餐(已包含10%服務費) continue reading

位於將軍澳唐俊街21號翩匯坊地下22號舖的 SeaRock Lounge,主打地中海菜。今次也是筆者第一次品嘗地中海菜式。地中海菜的烹煮方法少用油炸和燻烤,主要採用橄欖油去烹煮。食材上採用頗多海鮮、深色蔬菜、豆類及水果等。整體上,地中海菜能夠感受到食材本身天然的原味和鮮味。餐廳的燈光浪漫又有情調,適合和另一半來用餐。餐廳內也掛上了富有特色的沙漠壁畫。餐廳採用傳統方式點菜,店內的外籍女職員態度頗為親切誠懇。雖然點菜時主要用英語溝通,但餐牌為中英對照。📌Vegetarian Lasagna - $128(Seasonal Vegetable, Cheese and Tomato)蔬菜千層麵約二十分鐘後,焗蔬菜千層麵上桌了,香氣頗為誘人。面頭加了大量軟綿綿的芝士,令人垂涎三尺。將千層麵切成小份,和朋友分享,千層麵、芝士和菠菜層層相間,口感豐富。廚師毫不吝嗇,芝士份量充足,吃起來頗為香口。一份千層麵適合二至三人分享。。📌Chicken Tagine - $185雞肉塔吉鍋 (Tender Chicken Slow Cooked with Lemon Confit, artichokes and green olive)用鹽漬檸檬(Lemon Confit)略醃嫩雞肉,再加入雅枝竹和綠橄欖等配料,放在塔吉鍋內慢煮。雞胸肉的質感不會太過老,而且有少許檸檬的香氣,感覺清新怡人。其他配菜還包括有紅蘿蔔條,青瓜條等。雞胸肉有三件,一份塔吉鍋也是適合二至三人分享。。吃畢主菜,筆者也不會有油膩或不舒服的感覺,檸檬的香氣在口腔內揮之不去。晚餐後步行到將軍澳港鐵站時,步伐也是愉快輕盈的。。📌Home-made Pita Basket - $35自製中東皮塔餅女侍應頗為貼心,在塔吉鍋上桌後,詢問我們是否需要點即點即製的皮塔餅。皮塔餅上桌時,還是熱騰騰的,麥味頗為香濃。。📌Fruit Punch (左)- $56📌Virgin Pina Colada (右)- $66筆者和朋友第二天都要上班,所以點了兩杯無酒精飲品。筆者的Virgin Pina Colada頗為美味,椰子和菠蘿的味道出眾而濃郁,兩款食材的比例恰當,不會失衡。朋友的Fruit Punch味道清新開胃,能嚐到豐富的水果味道。 continue reading

-之前同大家介紹過,將軍澳海旁有好多好有氣氛嘅餐廳。今次食呢間地中海菜嘅餐廳都唔例外,有舒服嘅梳化位,又有望到海邊嘅座位,柔和嘅燈光令客人非常放鬆😌✨️肉和素食小吃拼盤 $215選擇困難症朋友必選,一次過有齊8款傳統地中海、北非小食🤩🤍特色地中海鷹嘴豆鷹嘴豆泥帶清香豆味,亦有芝麻、橄欖油香味,質感幼滑。🍆茄子泥有茄子鮮甜味,因加入紅椒、蕃茄,所以非常惹味開胃👍🏻🍅蕃茄串羊乳酪乳酪有羊奶香味而無羶味,配搭酸酸甜甜嘅車厘茄,味道互相突出,同樣開胃😋🐑北非香腸牛肉、羊肉打至軟滑,混入茴香、孜然等香料,頗為惹味。🧆羊肉丸🐔串燒雞肉 🫔春卷🫒醃橄欖餐廳提供青瓜、紅蘿蔔條🥕可以係食唔同小食之前清一清口中前一種食物嘅味道,好貼心呀☺️🐟三文魚塔吉鍋 $212塔吉鍋係北非傳統菜式,因鍋蓋設計係三角圓錐形,令蒸氣不斷循環上升,減少水份流失。所以烹調過程只需加少量水,就可以保持食物原汁原味。以混入番茜、羅勒嘅新鮮蕃茄醬🍅將三文魚、蔬菜燉至入味,三文魚保留肉汁,口感軟滑,每一啖都帶有濃郁魚香同蕃茄清甜味道,推薦!🥰隨鍋送上皮塔餅一份,餅身鬆軟,但一定要趁熱食,蘸上蕃茄醬頗為滋味。❣️羊肉千層麵 $168第一次見羊肉千層麵,配搭特別。無羊羶味,蕃茄、刁草味突出。🏺SEAROCK SIGNATURE $98神燈造型,打卡唔錯📸以Vodka、蜜桃利口酒調製,加入菠蘿汁、檸檬汁、藍柑汁等。酒味、果味突出,整體偏甜🤩🍹Fruit punch $66橙味比其他餐廳嘅Fruit punch明顯,味道較濃,同樣偏甜。 continue reading

呢間位於將軍澳海濱嘅中東餐廳超級有氛圍,服務親切,裝修又富有異國風情,唔講真係會以為置身於摩洛哥,嘢食不止有燒烤,還有特色塔吉鍋,一定要點!雞肉塔吉鍋 ($185)用鹽漬檸檬、朝鮮薊和青橄欖慢煮雞肉,打開鍋蓋的時候已經香氣撲鼻,試一口湯汁,充滿檸檬清香又酸酸鹹鹹,超級開胃,雞件一啲都唔韌,果然慢煮過係嫩啲鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋 ($158)因為試咗個雞肉塔吉鍋實在太正,決定試多個塔吉鍋,同雞肉嘅唔同,鷹嘴豆塔吉鍋以蕃茄紅汁為主,以為會有一粒粒鷹嘴豆,但原來係用鷹嘴豆和其他穀物造成的鷹嘴豆餅,食落口感就係一件穀物,好coarse,味道有啲似食緊芝麻丸肉和素食小吃拼盤 ($215)想一次過想唔同嘢就一定要點呢個有肉和泥的小食拼盤,肉類有羊肉丸、北非香腸、串燒雞肉,素食有茄子泥、鷹嘴豆泥、蕃茄羊乳酪、青橄欖,小食拼盤還配了皮塔餅雜堅果飯 Roz bel Khalta ($50) 第一次食呢種飯,充滿香料味又甜甜地,當中混合唔同嘅堅果,味道特別,難以抗拒 continue reading
