平時好少食有特色嘅中國菜，今日朋友就提議試一試呢間新開嘅淮揚菜。揚州肴蹄清爽不油膩、口感層次分明，非常好食金沙涼瓜條淡淡鹹香、涼瓜唔苦太湖蝦籽撈麵撈麵有驚喜，與平時食開蝦籽撈麵唔同，唔係鹼水麵，麵身都可以令蝦籽同醬料好入味古柏芝麻雞好香芝麻，酥脆香口桂花藕粉上面鋪滿桂花花瓣，清香撲鼻，加入少少果仁提子乾，味道豐富有層次，完美結束呢一餐晚飯。

淮扬菜讲究色香味俱全，考验厨师的功力非一般厨师所能及。香港也有几家主打淮扬菜系的餐厅，之前都有去试过，水平很一般。听闻山林道新开一家淮扬私房菜，昨晚全家过去试菜，绝对是香港最正宗的淮扬菜了，每个菜都精致细腻，让人食欲大开，就连我家两个嘴叼的小朋友都能吃下一整个狮子头真是好味到不得了。最适合女士美容养颜的砂锅花胶鸡，几乎是我一个人消灭光的。我老公就最钟意那碗虾籽面，从来没试过哪间餐厅的虾籽面这么足料的，满满的虾籽清甜弹牙，一试难忘。

Very tasty and a full of surprise new chinese restaurant in the heart of tsim sha tsui! We had the set dinner menu with lots of dishes. The first one is one of my favorite. It is a fish paired with rice cake, a new combination I have never tried before, loaded with this tasty sauce which are positively unmatched for flavor. My other favorite dish would be the dandan noodle, the quality of the noodle is super chewy and the taste is so delicious. Waiter are very friendly and shows a good knowledge
