行尖嘴行到攰,當然啤一啤佢先。想搵一間日式既居酒屋,咁啱就比我搵到間主打雞翼既居酒屋,位於尖沙嘴金馬倫道既山哥雞翼。依種名古屋雞翼都係第一次食,不裹粉就直接落鍋炸既做潯同韓式炸雞唔同,加上秘製醬料同獨特香料,食起上黎皮酥肉嫩,一股胡椒香味撲面而來,味道上食落第一口唔辣其後胡椒既辣起口腔散開。一啖雞翼一啖酒,非常配搭!又基於唔飽既關係,叫咗咖哩飯同土手煮(即係味噌豬腸) ,咖哩飯無乜特別所以唔多講,但係土手煮非常好食,本身以為味噌會偏咸,但依個土手煮卻係偏甜,味道有啲甜既紅燒肉??名古屋風既鐵板炒麵,麵條彈牙,椰菜爽脆,配上醬油、雜菜、木魚碎,口感豐富,香味十足。鐵板炒麵果然係宵夜風味一流。最後當然都係用啤酒作為完美結尾!

依種名古屋雞翼都係第一次食,不裹粉就直接落鍋炸既做潯同韓式炸雞唔同,加上秘製醬料同獨特香料,食起上黎皮酥肉嫩,一股胡椒香味撲面而來,味道上食落第一口唔辣其後胡椒既辣起口腔散開。一啖雞翼一啖酒,非常配搭!

又基於唔飽既關係,叫咗咖哩飯同土手煮(即係味噌豬腸) ,咖哩飯無乜特別所以唔多講,但係土手煮非常好食,本身以為味噌會偏咸,但依個土手煮卻係偏甜,味道有啲甜既紅燒肉??

「名古屋咖哩烏冬鍋」我好喜歡食烏冬😂所以見到咖哩烏冬又叫埋,這款烏冬稍為遜色,咖哩湯比較淡及稀,可能我個人比較喜歡濃味的咖哩吧😉

仲叫咗個おすすめ炸物「酥炸八爪魚」,日本的炸物簡直是我最愛!由我評審一下,這個水準不錯👍🏻😆

世界的山哥係日本名古屋來港的,最出名就係雞翼。香港人個個都鍾意日本文化,一於有理無理都去食啦!雖然過江龍多數都比人批評又貴又唔失特色,呢間屬於一般。價錢唔算十分貴,最平40幾蚊都有招牌菜原味夢幻雞翼5隻。夢幻雞翼同土匪雞翼一樣咁邪惡,簡稱重口味,鹹辣味重,好岩飲番杯啤酒。個人認為m記脆香雞翼脆好d好味道d,薯條都係。鐵板扁麵,配料只有蛋夠大但唔香濃,調味普普通通,扁麵唔覺Q彈。手撕雞青瓜都一樣,可以唔叫,食過好食的中菜麻醬手撕雞會覺得頹。

之前去名古屋食過佢地出名的雞翼真係好好味…雖然香港無..但食住呢間止下隱都好丫叫左佢最出名的幻之手羽 & 吉列豚肉兩樣都炸左幾脆..但手羽就咸左少少..用黎送酒就岩岩好吉列豚外脆內軟..裡面都仲好Juicy.仲有朴葉味噌燒牛肉..送飯一落可惜無得叫白飯..haha仲有味噌烏冬..呢個無咩特別每樣食物都比較重口味..叫左杯Whisky Highball中和下!!

兩樣都炸左幾脆..但手羽就咸左少少..用黎送酒就岩岩好
