To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從搬咗嚟油麻地大半年時間,明明同何文田咁靠近,居然無過嚟食過晚餐!今晚襯懶懶地唔開火,決定行過嚟勝利道呢邊睇吓有咩好嘢食先🤭,見到街口有間日本餐廳《鮮丼家》,都幾多人幫襯喎,就決定今晚就食呢間啦❣️入座後望見有部分人order丼飯、亦有部分人order鍋物,仲有啲order魚生、炸物等等,睇嚟鮮丼家美食豐富喎😍!原來鮮丼家都有餓媽家姐,好似開盲盒咁🤭,乜都唔知情況下陸續來了以下幾款美食:🔸角切魚生雜菜沙律🥗雜菜沙律夠凍、角切魚生新鮮🔸厚切刺身拼盤油甘魚、三文魚腩、鮮帶子、有頭甜蝦、三文魚籽、海膽(紫菜拼海膽帶子+數粒三文魚籽,等於奢華美食)🔸自選壽司拼盤牛油果卷物、火炙帶子、火炙三文魚腩、火炙海膽(人生第一次食炙燒海膽,居然甜過無燒)🔸燒紅魚脆皮、熱辣辣,好好食🔸海鮮牛奶湯烏冬香甜牛乳湯底,配上大大件海鮮及煙韌烏冬,超級好食😋🔸吉列豬扒、廣島蠔炸物出色,外皮脆卜卜,即使一人廚房也絕不馬虎,正所謂慢功出細貨🤭尋找真正美食果然要好似小妹咁「捐窿捐罅」,呢間何文田日本菜比得上集團式餐廳,下次天氣涼啲再嚟幫襯,嘆番一鍋熱辣辣的鍋物❣️ continue reading

鮮丼家位於勝利道,係一間專注於感覺平實的日式餐廳,環境輕鬆舒服,非常適合一兩個朋友輕鬆食飯聚餐價錢都好親民,晚市仲可以$60一個飯,仲要係日本菜,真係街坊恩物角切魚生沙律有三文魚、吞拿魚同青瓜粒。魚生份量多,都好新鮮,其中三文魚都幾油脂豐富,配上清脆嘅青瓜粒,整體味道清新,好開胃四式刺身包括三文魚、吞拿魚、北寄貝同甜蝦。每一片都非常新鮮。其中北寄貝嘅脆口感令人驚喜,而甜蝦嘅肉質鮮甜日式雜炊最令我印象深刻嘅,非日式雜炊莫屬~呢道菜配有海鮮粒、蟹膏、雞粒、冬菇同黃蘿蔔粒,另外仲可以加配唔同海鮮,我就揀左帆立貝啦帆立貝好大隻,同埋唔會煮到老,口感好好~日式雜炊嘅配料配搭令每一口都帶出濃郁嘅海鮮鮮味,米飯吸收咗所有嘅湯汁,香氣四溢~蟹膏嘅濃郁味道同海鮮嘅鮮甜完美結合,令整道雜炊變得層次分明,口感豐富。冬菇同雞粒嘅加入,唔單止增加咗口感嘅多樣性,仲令整體味道更加圓潤,讓人食完仲想再食秋、冬天食雜炊真係冇得輸啊炸蝦卷都值得一試~外皮酥脆,裡面嘅蝦肉鮮嫩,不錯呢值得encore 的小店! continue reading

平民美食推介,百蚊都食到CP值高日式料理呢排搵到一間超抵食嘅日式小店,真係估唔到喺土瓜灣都可以搵到咁高性價比嘅日本料理!🇯🇵$100蚊就食到一人份量嘅壽喜燒定食,足料!滿滿嘅新鮮蔬菜配埋啱啱好嘅肉片,等成套餐食落去都唔會覺得漏底!😋仲有佢嘅魚生拼盤,每一片都係厚切嘅size,尤其係三文魚腩,肥美得嚟又爽滑,大讚!🍣荷包唔夠重嘅話又想食靚嘢,呢間真係唔可以錯過!親民價位食到咁高質素嘅日本料理,真係要快啲mark低!👍 continue reading

今日經過何文田,經過左呢間鮮丼家,主打吾同既壽司,剌身同埋丼飯!今日就簡單買左2個丼飯,又幾好食喎!滑蛋吉列鮮蝦丼非常好味!吉列鮮蝦炸得金黃香脆,外層酥脆,內裡蝦肉鮮嫩。滑蛋柔滑滑溜,搭配鮮蝦,口感一流。整碗飯吸收咗滑蛋和蝦的鮮味咖喱吉列豬扒飯豬扒炸得香脆,肉質鮮嫩,搭配濃郁的咖喱醬,味道層次豐富。咖喱的香味與豬肉的肉香相互交融,飯粒吸收咗咖喱的精華,不錯!總括而言都係性價比非常好,下次有機會嘅話再試埋佢啲壽司刺身 continue reading
