To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一個人去左何文田勝利道嘅小店食日本野。餐廳細細,裝修簡單,有日本小店氛圍。叫左幾款刺身油甘魚爽口,淡香甘甜甜蝦 味道濃郁,鮮甜三文魚 質地幼滑,食落香甜三文魚籽有濃郁鹹香味,口感一流另外叫左一人鍋海鮮鍋豬骨湯 轉烏冬 跟 前菜 麵鼓湯配 娃娃菜 金菇 魚蛋 竹輪 芋絲 鮮菇 雞蛋海鮮鍋用料足有廣島蠔 海蝦 青口 帆立貝豬骨湯底夠香濃,飲落順口,唔覺有味精味。烏冬彈牙有咬口,熱上,浸一浸豬骨湯夠哂味。鍋煮娃娃菜 金菇 鮮菇等 超入味,娃娃菜軟腍,吸哂湯汁,好鮮甜!魚蛋 竹輪 好有咬口,幾好食。雞蛋 浸湯到半熟,撈飯/烏冬定就咁食都好夾。廣島蠔 肥大,較落有爆汁效果,唔會太熟。海蝦味道鮮甜,處理得乾淨,蝦頭都冇苦味。青口 有驚喜,一d沙都冇之餘,好鮮甜!帆立貝 大大粒,味道都唔錯。小店都做到咁多選擇,見唔少食客都係外賣落單,位置都幾就腳,值得一試!

自從搬咗嚟油麻地大半年時間,明明同何文田咁靠近,居然無過嚟食過晚餐!今晚襯懶懶地唔開火,決定行過嚟勝利道呢邊睇吓有咩好嘢食先🤭,見到街口有間日本餐廳《鮮丼家》,都幾多人幫襯喎,就決定今晚就食呢間啦❣️入座後望見有部分人order丼飯、亦有部分人order鍋物,仲有啲order魚生、炸物等等,睇嚟鮮丼家美食豐富喎😍!原來鮮丼家都有餓媽家姐,好似開盲盒咁🤭,乜都唔知情況下陸續來了以下幾款美食:🔸角切魚生雜菜沙律🥗雜菜沙律夠凍、角切魚生新鮮🔸厚切刺身拼盤油甘魚、三文魚腩、鮮帶子、有頭甜蝦、三文魚籽、海膽(紫菜拼海膽帶子+數粒三文魚籽,等於奢華美食)🔸自選壽司拼盤牛油果卷物、火炙帶子、火炙三文魚腩、火炙海膽(人生第一次食炙燒海膽,居然甜過無燒)🔸燒紅魚脆皮、熱辣辣,好好食🔸海鮮牛奶湯烏冬香甜牛乳湯底,配上大大件海鮮及煙韌烏冬,超級好食😋🔸吉列豬扒、廣島蠔炸物出色,外皮脆卜卜,即使一人廚房也絕不馬虎,正所謂慢功出細貨🤭尋找真正美食果然要好似小妹咁「捐窿捐罅」,呢間何文田日本菜比得上集團式餐廳,下次天氣涼啲再嚟幫襯,嘆番一鍋熱辣辣的鍋物❣️

今日去教班前先食個滿足嘅一餐。係上堂附近位置嘅呢間鮮丼家到點左以下呢幾款食物:吉列豬扒豬扒炸得夠晒香口,外脆內嫩,炸粉唔會太厚,豬扒一啲都唔會鞋口,仲覺得都幾嫩,好味!牛肉烏冬牛肉份量都幾多,而且好濃牛香味。烏冬QQ彈牙有咬口,加埋其他配料,香菇,芋絲,窩蛋,冬天食碗熱湯烏冬太滿足啦。雜錦壽司點選左海膽,帶子,鰻魚同芝士熟蝦。份量都幾多,壽司個比例幾好,飯量唔會太多,特別欣賞海膽同帶子,鮮甜好味!

未試過嬲到要打評價,啲碗碗碟碟唔乾淨油林林都算,食完嘔到7彩 真係7彩顏色,直頭有心理陰影,唔敢再出街食🫠 香港地真係收皮,諗住食餐好,都可以嘔成咁,真係唔推介。
