To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買外賣上朋友屋企食飯,朋友就喺勝利道揀咗呢間睇餐牌外賣選擇都多,又有魚生飯又有便當 三個人一人揀一個朋友就叫咗角切魚生丼飯魚生嘅份量都好多而且食落冇腥味裏面仲有一些青瓜食落都好爽口清新另一個覺得餐廳幾好嘅位係,飯同魚生分開可以自己調節飯嘅份量我自己就揀咗照燒牛肉炸雞便當, 一盒有四樣嘢仲有嘢飲又有牛肉又有炸雞仲有一啲沙律牛肉夠曬入味, 同埋唔會好肥膩炸雞都好香口吉豬餃子便當吉列豬扒好大塊, 仲有餃子我自己好鍾意食便當 便當盒有分隔,每種食物都可以放置得好分明, 各種食物成日唔會撈埋一齊餐廳開到十點覺得行夜咗,再買外賣都不錯

今次去咗一間何文田隱世之餘又經常滿座的日式餐廳,試咗幾樣好正嘅菜式,真係好滿意!首先,芝麻雞翼令我印象深刻。雞翼外脆內嫩,芝麻粒灑滿脆卜卜雞翼外表,味道一流,每一口都令人唇齒留香,絕對係啤酒嘅最佳夥伴。雜錦刺身沙律,新鮮刺身粒粒搭配清爽嘅沙律菜,淋上特製醬汁,食落去既有海洋嘅鮮味,又有沙律嘅清新感,十分開胃。再嚟就係日式三文魚腩雜炊(粥),一碗熱騰騰嘅粥,米粒煮得剛好,滑潤可口。粥底真係好驚喜,好濃郁魚味,三文魚腩油脂同魚肉均衡,鮮味滲入粥底,令人感受到濃濃嘅海鮮香氣,特別適合冬天食,暖心又暖胃。最後要提嘅係吞拿魚三文魚及魚籽鮮蝦帶子刺身丼,刺身新鮮,特別係海膽,味道鮮美,入口即溶。搭配上香米飯,每一口都滿足感十足,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇。總括來講,呢間餐廳嘅日式美食無論係味道定係擺盤都十分用心,下次一定會再來!
