沙頭角開放咗,幾難得先至可以申請到入嚟禁區。當然有好多嘢都想試啦。其實中午已經係街市熟食檔食咗啲客家嘢,但係真係唔想錯過任何機會,都嚟呢度試埋佢個墨魚餅蛋捲。之前都有朋友嚟過,但係完全搵唔到呢一間,好彩我上網有做足功課,俾我搵到佢。其實圍住個沙頭角行嘅時候朝早已經見到呢一間舖,但見佢冇人,咁就去咗街市同埋周圍行吓先,點知返轉頭已經坐滿咗人,但因為之前已經試咗其他嘢咁走,所以淨係諗住嗌一份坐喺餐廳出邊食,唔好阻人做生意。去到收銀處佢話一份要百幾蚊,我呆咗,跟住我話出邊餐牌唔係寫呢個價。跟住佢解釋因為佢講嗰一份會多啲。所以大家叫嘅時候要清楚避免有咩誤會。講返個墨魚餅,啲墨魚醬雞蛋同埋有墨魚粒粒,啲墨魚粒粒都幾鮮味同埋雞蛋啊,嗰魚漿就冇我想像中咁結身,但夾落去嘅時候又唔會散。雖然細份為返起10幾蚊一件,同埋有件特別細,但我覺得可以一試嘅。佢個整法有少少似煎雞卷咁樣樣。我估計應該係煎左蛋皮,然後捲住啲墨魚漿再蒸,蒸完之後再煎。呢個整法我覺得自己可以試吓喺屋企整。本來想試買佢個客家砵仔豬肉,但係因為已經食咗野,都係留番下次。
