To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係銅鑼灣唔多chill得但又平嘅bar, Shake 係幾舒服,酒類款式多,重點係draft beer同Sake嘅option夠曬飲,冇mark up好多,性價比高!食物選擇真係好多,日式餃子,脆魚乾同炸雞係必食!而Stuff嘅服務好好,星期五放工去成日都滿滿地,但d stuff都盡快安排位置俾我哋坐,又會介紹好多Off Menu嘅酒俾我哋。總結嚟講,係一間好適合放鬆同朋友或同事嚟飲嘢嘅地方,咁嘅價錢咁嘅質素咁嘅服務,真係冇得輸。

上次剛好路過就入去試下。點知服務員態度好差,超級差,就係果個身高好矮帶頂帽果個後生仔。唔識相!人地坐低就一副扮曬嘢果樣。我問過有無水。距話無,語氣好差,一直係度為難人。D嘢唔好食,唔新鮮!總之我唔建議去!大家都無輕易去嘗試!大家別去別去別去!!!The service was terrible, so I gave the restaurant a negative review.Not tasty.Not recommended.

帶D外地同事去Happy Hour, 飲完一round之後想叫杯水。個頭髮白白既男waiter問係咪要支裝水,我話你咁大間餐廳酒吧連tap water都無? 佢真係理直氣壯咁話呢度真係冇。以後唔幫襯。bad manner and not serving even a glass tap water to foreigner. Not recommended to tourist or foreigner. rubbish and shameful to HK catering industry.

有一日無意中經過耀華街見到呢間餐廳內裏裝修幾有型格,而且樓底好高,並決定和老婆食一餐。我哋兩個叫咗四五樣嘢味道一般,燒一夜干黃花魚味道比較鹹,鯖魚刺身醃得好酸,個清酒蜆同埋鐵板牛柳粒味道都OK。但係佢哋嘅招呼幾好,大家可以睇吓啲相去判斷一下。

星期六六點零鐘去都未使等位,食物出菜嘅出道幾快味道又好好,啲店員好nice,會推介有乜嘢好食但又唔會好煩,幾次嚟都食得好舒服。啱啱嗰次去叫咗啲送酒嘅小食同串燒,盡情飲咗兩杯happy hour嘅飲品,唔多地方有沖繩殘波泡盛❤️ 兩個人食咗一人四百蚊左右,以有飲嘢嘅價錢都算相當抵。呢度有高枱同普通枱,啲高枱都幾好坐,其中兩張仲可以睇到師傅整串燒。嚟咗幾次都未食過燒飯糰,下次會想試下。如果happy hour飲品可以增加種類就好啦~
