想食燒鵝,未必一定要入到深井!老字號陳記,原來已經進駐咗新界東,喺將軍澳天晉有分店!將軍澳嘅朋友,唔使四圍去喇睇地址,餐廳好似有少少遠,其實地鐵商場有條天橋接駁,基本上5分鐘就已經行到喇。今晚晚市,揀咗三個小菜,全部質素都唔錯,適合一家大細。// 燒鵝(下庄)// 餐廳話用咗祖傳嘅秘方醃製燒鵝,的確燒鵝嘅底味好香,唔會過鹹。燒鵝皮仍然脆身,肉質好新鮮,下庄都係158,呢個燒味價錢其實都幾抵。份量非常足,其實夠三個人以上。燒鵝好肥美,油香十足。鍾意食飯嘅朋友,好好送飯。// 黑椒牛仔骨 // 好耐冇食過牛仔骨,好有鑊氣,而且黑椒味啱啱好。火喉啱啱好,唔會太老。// 魚香茄子煲 // 有驚喜,少少鹹魚嘅香氣,海量嘅肉碎,令到茄子煲個層次好豐富。平時屋企好少煮呢個餸,去餐廳食晚飯都會好想食吓。 continue reading

要食燒鵝唔使入到去深井既,前2日同呀媽近近地去左將軍澳食陳記燒鵝。陳記燒鵝 下庄 $158聽講呢到既燒鵝好新鮮,由屠宰、醃製、風乾、燒製完畢到上桌享用,全程唔會超過16個鐘。食落又真係無鵝腥味,皮脆肉嫩,仲有好正既鵝油香😋一隻下庄2個人食岩岩好 ~豉椒味菜鵝腸 $88味菜酸酸甜甜,鵝腸洗得好乾凈,完全無怪味,食落十分爽脆😋乾炒牛河 $64真係好耐無食過乾炒牛河!牛肉份量幾多,大塊得黎幾腍身,河粉嫩滑唔黐底條條分明。不過對我黎講都係有少少油膩🤏🏻 continue reading
